Thanks for your feedback, and please accept my apologies for the issue you had with your order.
I want to clarify a few points. Firstly, we reached out to you to say that the items are out of stock, and I even followed up by email and via chat to ask If you would like to go with the alternative option.
Today, you called to ask, and I mentioned again that they were on backorder and offered the alternative; you then asked for a refund, which was immediately issued.
Regarding the free delivery, that's not correct; delivery is free to the UK Mainland for any order above £54 Inc VAT.
I apologise again for the inconvenience caused here.

We promptly responded at 12:35 PM, requesting your order number so we could look up the details. We did not receive a reply from you with the order number until yesterday (10.05.23)at 12:36 PM, Subsequently, we had a phone conversation at 12:47 pm. Therefore, it would be inaccurate to say that you haven't been able to get in touch with us.

Love the product
Love the product. Been 28 years between change of washing machine. Only issues have been communication and confirmed delivery time and date. Happy to have replacement washer but unsure if I will go with this supplier for replacement timber dryer in 2024.
