Not well made.
Manufacturing and finishing is not of a high standard. There was a fault in the roof panel and the lacquer finish was of poor quality.
The fault was rectified but took over a week before someone came to fix it.

I needed to buy a replacement glass…
I needed to buy a replacement glass door for a Kylin K8203 sauna. Forget back up service, when you call their Melbourne dealership you get an overseas call centre, they take your details and don't call you back. I then e-mailed my enquiry regarding availability and price-still zero communication. I had to get a shower screen company to measure and cut one for me, 4 days wait and they used 6mm glass (instead of the original 5mm), very happy with it. So if you need a new glass door don't waste your time going back to Kylin

Customer service of the highest quality right down to delivery and installation.
The person who installed the sauna was very polite and helpful explaining the operation of the control panel.
They price matched our sauna which had dropped in price since ordering and paying for and the refund was in our account the next day.

Value for money, quality, experience and customer service all 5 ⭐
I have had saunas before , both traditional and infrared saunas. My wife is from Finland so we have been there also and had traditional saunas and I would say these Kylin saunas are amazing and have out surpassed my expectations. We purchased the two person H6203 sauna and It takes less than 15 muntes to heat up to 70 degrees Celsius. Lots of room for two people. The experience is amazing esp with the heated floor unit. We always do a huge amount of research before purchase like this and Kylin came first for performance and satisfaction for many reasons including cost outlay, value for money, sauna experience, Bluetooth twin should speakers, colour therapy choice, relaxing and easy to assemble. My son in law and myself had it completed in approx 30 minutes and I have been enjoying saunas each day since and feel so much better. He came a couple nights ago for a sauna and he had also had infrared saunas but was really impressed with this sauna regarding the speed to meet 70% Celcius, the speaker quality and light theropy and build. My pores in my skin are so much cleaner. You sweat easy, while still being able to breath freely. Faye from Sydney office on marketplace was very helpful and followed our order from purchase, pickup up and follow up customer satifcation and after sales service. We picked it up from Brisbane 17 Mile Rocks and the manager there was amazing and very helpful and professional. I can only say great things about our experience to date. Well worth the purchase.
