Fantastic product to start our sauna journey on. Competitive product price and very fast delivery even with our regional location. The team were friendly and fast to respond when I emailed in a question about delivery. A shame the postage costs the amount it does, however, this is what levelled up the price to similar products so still a good deal. So easy to build and intuitive to use - we love ours.

Service above and beyond!
A friend paid for a sauna and unfortunately died suddenly before delivery. Staff were fantastic! They swiftly organised a full refund. At all times the staff were very respectful of the unfortunate circumstances, friendly and helpful.

Great customer experience
We had a minor issue with the external finish on our sauna. This was dealt with promptly and was a great customer experience. And yes the sauna is currently being used a few times a week. A great pre bedtime relaxation

Incredible product and outstanding service from Marj!
We recently purchased the Kylin K8204 PRO 2-Person Sauna along with the additional floor heater, and we could not be happier. Unlike other 2-person units that can feel tight, this model is perfect for two people with plenty of room to sit comfortably. The extra floor heater is the perfect addition, ensuring full-body warmth from head to toe.
Living in Tasmania, we are always a bit anxious about shipping large items, but the entire unit was shipped all the way down here and arrived in absolutely perfect condition.
What truly sets Kylin Sauna Australia apart is their amazing customer service. From our initial telephone conversation inquiring about the product, through to ordering and the seamless follow-up, the communication was flawless.
A huge thank you to Marj, who went well beyond standard customer service to look after us. It is rare to find this level of care these days. Highly recommend!

My Kylin Sauna
Delivery was quick. 2 person setup in an hour. No hassle at all. Plug in and 25-30 mins it was 68 - 70 degrees. Would recommend anyone looking for an infra red sauna to kylin Sauna!

Went to the business on a sunday and was met with a knowledgable salesperson who went through the various saunas on display - plenty to choose from with varying options. Easy to put together by one person - 2 is ideal -

Instruction manual was different to the sauna purchased. Took 2 days to get back to me for 1 assembly question I had.

After comparing a lot of Saunas
After comparing a lot of Saunas, I called Kylin Saunas at Eastwood in Sydney. Paid for the Sauna and picked it up from the Local Country Depot a few days later.
The staff member found me a cheaper Courier company...so I was a very happy customer.
It's up and running...we are very happy with our purchase and would highly recommend Kylin Saunas to anyone looking to invest in one.
