Awesome, we absolutely love our Kylin Sauna
Awesome, we love our new Kylin Sauna. Janet at the Perth store answered all my questions, and I had lots, she contacted me virtually immediately every time and was very helpful. They arranged, really promptly,to deliver on a day that suited us. Han the delivery driver again communicated with us and delivery exactly as planned. We also paid for them to install, we were so pleased we did, it only took him 1 hour and he showed me how it worked and connected my blue tooth. He left all the packaging which we knew they would but he kindly broke it all down and stacked it within one box which was really helpful.
When we first started using the Sauna we thought it wasn't automatically switching off after the time had elapsed , I contacted them and the person helping me was also very communicative, she went away and after a few text messages came back and let us know after the final minute, which beeps during this period , there is then a couple of minutes, may be 4 as the temp starts to drop and then it switches off, we tried this out and yes she was spot on.
We absolutely love it and have used it every day since we got it 3 weeks ago.
We purchased the 2 person and it's plenty big enough for us both to be in it at the same time. The speakers connect to bluetooth and deliver good quality sound.
We would wholeheartedly recommend Kylin, we did a lot of shopping around and you get a lot of features for the price.
From start to finish, everyone and everything has been amazing and awesome.

2 person full spectrum model.
I walked into the Perth show room at around 4pm on a Sunday. Rex was more than happy to help and to answer with complete details all the questions I had. I opted to purchase the 2 pwrson full spectrum model delivered. The product was delivered the very next day on a public holiday which surprised me.
Assembly of the sauna was very easy with minimal tools by two people, my self and wife.
Thay night I couldn't wait to get it started. The sauna took roughly 15 minutes to heat up to optimal temp. The sauna did as exactly as described.
End product, looks and feels great. Good price for the build.
Its definitely not the quality as some high end commercial tyre saunas, but its not priced high end either.
I also ordered a cover for the sauna because I have placed the sauna under my patio. During winter condensation builds up and drips water I just found out. I also found out the cover is not water proof. So I requested a full refund of the cover which was granted on the spot.
I m happy with the support and tje product. Highly recommend Kylin to anyone wanting an quality sauna without the bug price tag. Knowing that it comes with a 5 year warranty give me peace of mind. Thanks.

Sauna is great loving it 😊Installer was great only issue I had was a bit of communication issues in regards to day of installation and the packaging was left behind for me to dispose of and I was told by sales person it was taken away!

We love our sauna
We love our 1 person ultra low EMF sauna. Our entire experience has been awesome from Charlie at the showroom answering all of our questions, then loading it into our Ute and then the ease in which my wife and I put it together. Then to top it off the actual sauna including the Bluetooth is awesome.

Love my sauna
I bought a 2 person infrared sauna and love it. Initially had some issues trying to get one of the sides to lock. Divina sorted it all out and had John come around and he was able to align and lock it properly. He also put in the rest of the screws in and the dust cover on and made sure it was all working before he left. 🙏😊
