From the very first moment we contacted the letting agency, Molly was absolutely fantastic. She has been an absolute star throughout the entire process — professional, friendly, and genuinely caring. Moving house can be stressful at the best of times, but Molly made everything so much easier and smoother for us.
She took the time to really listen to what we needed, always responded quickly to emails and calls, and went out of her way to make sure every question we had was answered clearly. Her communication was exceptional — we never felt left in the dark or unsure about what was happening. It was obvious that she genuinely wanted to help us find the perfect home rather than just trying to close a deal.
What stood out most was her warmth and attention to detail. From arranging viewings around our busy schedules to guiding us through the paperwork and even checking in afterwards to make sure we were settling in okay — Molly consistently went the extra mile. She made us feel supported and valued at every stage.
It’s rare these days to come across someone who truly loves what they do, but Molly is one of those people. Her professionalism, positivity, and personal touch made such a difference to our experience, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for better help.
We’re absolutely thrilled with our new place and can’t thank her enough for all the hard work she put in behind the scenes to make it happen. If you’re looking for a letting agent who genuinely cares, knows their stuff, and makes the whole process a joy — ask for Molly. She’s simply the best!

First Time Landlords
