I have had my property managed by Leaders for many years. Approximately, three years ago Lewis Langdell assumed responsibility for the property; my experience was transformed!
He is exceptionally professional and polite and proactive in nature. We developed an excellent relationship and I can rely on Lewis to assist with any problems that I may encounter.

We are fortunate to have Lewis as our contact at Leaders in Worcester. He always rings back if we contact him. Nothing is too much trouble for him and he makes renting a property easy.
He is always pleasant and helpful and will propose ways to overcome any problems we may have.

Lewis has been managing my property for quite some time now, always so helpful & friendly, lately he has sorted out a few issues I’ve had & I’m so grateful

I've always found the staff at leaders very helpful, professional, knowledgeable and always happy to help, especially Lewis, who is my property manger, he's always polite, professional, nothing is too much trouble for him, always available to help in anyway possible, absolute star.

From summer that I kept applying for houses or flats to rent in Worcester needing to move from Hereford,most of them being under Leaders.I have been refused absolutely everytime ,first because landlords won't rent to me as i have a small child,i wonder all those 2 bedroom or 3 bedroom houses who rented them if no childrens were allowed, then several landlords wouldn't rent to smokers even if I wouldn't have smoked in the house,all this while I was working full time,in September I became a full time student,therefore my need to move,they continued to refuse me if I didn't had a guarantor ,finally sorted the guarantor ,now they refused me because I had an Debt Relief Order. Someome should actually look better on how this letting agency works because all I had from them was a permanent discrimination
