Visited LW again today to have some warranty work carried out on our Coachman TM545 motorhome
The service team AKA Lawrence again was very helpful and dealt with all our needs
I have recommended LW to one of our group members on the Coachman group Facebook as they are looking to purchase a new TM

For some reason over the last few years there seems to have been a decline in the service department but i must say i found a vast improvement this year.The reception staff seem more knowledgible and courteous so with thanks to sophie's help when booking in and also kirsty for getting warranty work sorted so well done to the service department.

What a great experience we’ve had with Catterick Caravans whilst taking our caravan for its annual service. From the first telephone call to book in, to the actual service we’ve received today at the service it has been fantastic.
The staff are all very friendly, knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble, keeping us informed of their progress at regular intervals.
The bistro on site was excellent for lunch. We can throughly recommend and will be back ourselves again next year.

The help and support from the service reception team, especially Kirsty was excellent with good communication throughout. We would highly recommend

Warranty work carried out to a very high standard. Very nice greeting on arrival. All the staff were really helpful and the coffee and cake in the cafe was excellent.

Excellent customer service at the service department desk on dropping my vehicle off and picking it up after it had been serviced excellent communication could not fault.

I had a problem with my new campervan an elddis cv 60 when i filled the gas tank with LPG i could not get the gas though to the van so i contacted the service centre and spoke to Laurence how tried to solve the problem with one of the technicians over the phone as it could not be resolved over the phone i booked the van in today to resolve the problem from arriving today the customer service was exceptional Laurence dealt with the issue he got the technician to deal with the issue and me and my wife had a cup of tea
And in no time my van was fixed i would like to thank all the staff at leisure world for great service today

Rebecca looked after me making sure everything went smoothly and kept me updated on the service whilst I waited and had coffee in the lovely cafe on site
Service was quick.

Sophie made a huge effort to help me buy a new leisure battery for my Eriba tourer to replace the one I’d bought only 6 months ago. She recognised how important it was for me to get the right battery for a caravan brand you don’t deal with, in particular for me to get it to the Eriba dealer on Tyneside for its annual service and damp check. Between us we managed to identify a better battery which would fit the bill and I purchased it at 5pm having first contacted Sophie at 4pm!
Please let her know the battery was spot on, is now fitted and my motor movers work so I’m in business tomorrow!

All staff interactions were positive, open and honest. Quick service and helpful guidance. In particular I’d like to thank Lawrence and the team of technicians who oversaw the work on the caravan.

We have had a few build isues with our Swift Basecamp over the last 2 years (which is not the fault of Leisure World) with varying levels of service from LW. However, on our latest visit for the second service and further warranty work, they have given the level of service expected, and even exceeded it by dealing with another issue raised that day. Thank you. I would especially like to thank Sophie who has always been helpful and professional despite not always having the service staff, and Kirsty who was very helpful with earlier warranty issues.

Just picked up our caravan from Catterick again!
It has been back to factory at swift for the past few weeks for repair.
The service we have received from one particular member of staff at Catterick has been excellent. We want to give a big thank you to Sophie who updated us when the caravan was being collected and returned and was professional is everything she does, We know things will get done when Sophie is on the job. Well done! Keep up the good work

Welcomed by Andrew who was most helpful with our warranty work - he was super friendly and answered all our questions in regards to work required on our caravan ..Thankyou - ohh and a super cafe with a lovely presented cream scone

Very good experience, Leisure World went above and beyond my expectations.

Thank you to Andrew, the new service manager at Leisure World, Catterick for resolving an issue with our caravan that had been dragging on for almost a year. Prior to Andrew starting there we felt like we weren’t getting anywhere fast but he addressed and resolved the issue quickly. I have no hesitation in recommending Leisure World now and will be returning in the future for all our caravan needs.

From a dismally declining service over the last few years, this was a massive improvement getting my caravan serviced this year.

They now have enough courteous, interested, trained and knowledgible service reception staff and are answering the telephone promptly. Lets hope they can get even better.

Habitation door blind replaced as broken (motorhome out of warranty). Appointment time adhered to and quoted up to an hour labour time.
Job done and only charged for a 20 minute labour cost. Excellent to know that only charged for actual time taken to fit blind. Well done to all your staff who were all very pleasant, friendly and attentive. Used cafe plus purchased items from the superb shop.

We needed a service done on our caravan quickly to comply with the terms of the warranty. The service reception team went the extra mile to organise this for us. On arrival we were met by Sophie who dealt with us throughout and with friendly knowledgeable efficiency. The service was carried out well and at a fair price. What more could we ask for. The shop and the cafe are excellent too.

Came into the dealership today to have a chat with Lawrence regarding my flexi solar panel to which the knowledge produced by this young gentleman was outstanding. Thank you again Lawrence.
