Leisure World Group Avis 

Took several months, (June - October) to sort the problem on my motorhome, however this was eventually solved successfully. I must say that each time I visited the shop, though my motorhome was problematic, I always found the staff very helpful and cheerful, especially Sophie, who was always polite and diplomatic.

From the initial phone call for a rough estimate for our old motorhome as a trade in, to collecting our new Burstner was a very pleasant and professional experience. We arranged a time to view with Josh, and all was set up and waiting for us. A good walk around with demonstrations and explanations given when required but not forced, then time alone to view with no sales pressure what so ever.
Once we had decided to purchase, a deal was done and we were very happy how this was handled, excellent communication through out.
On the day of collection, again all ready for us, a thorough demonstration accompanied with videos sent to my email made our collection a doddle ( we even got 10% off at the shop ).
All in all a top 5* experience and a special shout out and thank you to Josh for your patience and understanding. Mark & Tracy.

We recently took our Motorhome to Leisure World to have some warranty work carried out. The service team were all very helpful. We opted to wait for the repair so we took advantage of looking around the well stocked shop and had some lunch in the cafe, which was well priced and very nice food. Our experience at Leisure World was excellent.

As always, Sophie has everything under control and deals professionally with us.
She understands our needs and responds appropriately.

Couldn’t do enough for us whilst buying our new Motorhome. When we picked it up we were told to make a snagging list which we did. We didn’t have a lot of issues but Unfortunately we have only had one of the problems sorted and now they won’t even return our calls. We have found this company extremely unprofessional. If we had read the reviews we would have bought from another supplier

We have had issues with our motorhome which we bought new in March 2025. The issues we had were very minor but needed sorting. A massive thank you to Sophie for taking ownership of all of the problems we have had and she made sure that the repairs didn’t interfere with our booked holidays. She has kept us in the loop with every repair and made sure we were happy with everything by sending us videos before we picked the van up.

We attended leisure world at Catterick on the show weekend in September.
There was a great atmosphere with the brass band playing and inflatables for the kids.
We were assisted by a very helpful lady called Rebecca in the shop whilst hunting for some bargains.
The complimentary pizza in the terrace was amazing. There was plenty to go round and didn’t have to wait long for more.

Have been to the Terrace a few times and have always had excellent service, the fruit scones are delicious and always presented beautifully, its also a really lovely coffee, have noticed that the shop are adding in a lot of different items so I always make time to have a wander around, it's great that it is so local to me

Spoke to Ben on the phone about Safefill gas, very helpful and now I know where to refill!

Excellent service from time we arrived to time we left..Met by friendly staff at the service desk,motorhome service done in timescale stated.
Spoke to Craig, technician,who explained what work had been done and he also helped by explaining what we had been doing wrong, top man.
We could take our motorhome elsewhere but we have always had excellent service from here hence why we always come back

Well what can we say Josh is an absolute star ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ he looked after us so well we just called in by chance and ended up buying a pioneer motohome .. everything went well with the purchase !!! they accommodated the dates for us to pic up our van .. Took the caravan in for service today. Very friendly reception from Stewart. A thorough service was carried out and some interesting finds from the service engineer. We appreciated the advice given regarding our tyres and found that they can do them much cheaper than we originally paid. Overall reasonably priced service and very friendly and helpful staff. Oh and while you wait the cafe is pretty good too! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Excellent service today. Driving along the A1 in our motorhome when the engine warning light came on. We were only 3 miles from Catterick Caravans so we headed for there. The van was sorted while we had a coffee and we were on our way again in 30 minutes. Top marks.

Came in just to look around and have a coffee. Spotted a lovely outdoor cushion, Ben found 2 matching ones for me. He was friendly and chatty while I made my purchase. Thanks Ben

As the last a great day lot of new Vans and motorhomes at good discounted prices easy to be tempted, if your in the market a great starting point. We came to view the new stuff and pick up some essential accessories for our motorhome got a little more than we expected two new chairs couldn’t walk past at these bargain prices
Plus one or two other bits!! Would have bought new brunner magnetic
Pans but sold out, ended day with pizza beer and coffee
