It was easy to connect and get all the details sorted. You need to be tech savvy to be able to do this on a phone. Photographic evidence is needed and submitted. This is not a quick process but thorough.

Mollie Wright made what could have been…
Mollie Wright made what could have been a tedious and irksome process following a collision yesterday a pleasant and productive experience. She listened to my comments and where necessary asked me to expand on them. She also sent links to upload photographs and dashcam footage that work faultlessly and received quickly by her for review.
What could have been a tedious time filling out forms etc., was made simple and easy by Mollie, doing things to make life easy for the client, but most of all listening. She also called back at the specified time.
Well done Mollie, you are a credit to the company

Lemonade were super efficient…
Lemonade dealt with a no fault matter in an extremely effective and efficient manner. The vehicle was recovered within 90 minutes of the first report Their communication was swift and regular providing me with the reassurance I needed. I have provided my sincere thanks and appreciation to each member of the team who have dealt with my case.

Someone drove into the back of my car and Ellen sorted everything out quickly and efficiently. My car was picked up the same day and taken for repairs. The next day I had I replacement car so I could get back to work. I was kept informed regularly on the progress being made. Would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Polite but not proactive
I came into contact with Lemonaid when I made a claim on my car insurance which I purchased through the Wesleyan.
When I got through to their call centre I was dealt with promptly and efficiently. A hire car was provided quickly and my car was towed away for repairs. All the people I dealt with were friendly and polite. My only issue thus far was that I called the 24 hour claims line at 9 o'clock in the evening and wasn't able to get it answered until 9 o'clock the following morning.
The claim was passed over to another company AX, who appointed a garage to carry out the repair. I had occasional contact after this from Lemonade including a notification from somebody who said they were now handling my claim. I contacted them at one point to say that things were taking far too long and they informed me that the garage were short-staffed and had a backlog of repairs. However no action was taken to resolve this and no-one seemed to take responsibility. In the final event it took more than a month to repair minor damage to paint work on my car. I had very little communication in the meantime.
