Thanks Elizabeth. It was a stressful experience and you helped me through it. Taking the pictures was difficult for me as I could not understand how to actually up load the pictures. But we got there in the end.
There was a lot of holding on and I was not aware that I was not talking with my insurance company at the time. But when on hold I did realise you were a claims handling organisation.
But once again thank you for your help and support.
