Beautiful lampshade…
Our light arrived quickly and well boxed. It looks beautiful in our dining area, the design is very soft, on the angle. It’s a little paler in colour than the picture , this isn’t a problem as it’s a lovely colour and well made. Very pleased.

Gorgeous statement pendant light

Vintage Simple Creative Handwoven Hemp Rope Pendant Light Fixture
We loved the shape of the shade we ordered, but when it arrived it is not quite the same as the photo, but still beautiful. The sides do not come down as far in the one we have. We decided it was too big to send back and we could live with the difference. We got the largest size and it does look beautiful, creating a lovely pattern around the room when the light is on, due to the slats. We used our own screw as the one sent with it was very short and I don't think would have been strong enough to hold this lamp up. It is a stunning looking feature light.
The light was slightly delayed but the communication from the company was very good.

New rattan lights
I ordered 2 rattan light pendants for my new home and quickly realised after paying they would be going to my old address using Apple Pay 😵 I emailed them my mistake and they got back to me straight away and were so helpful . My lights arrived before the approx delivery time, so quick and I absolutely love them. I'm so happy I'm just about to order some other lights for my new home. A very positive experience

Beware do not buy from this company
We ordered some lights that have arrived damaged, no instructions in the box and parts missing. I have tried over the last few days to reach out to the Compnay and each time they keep requesting photos and videos which I have provided, but each time they ask for more. The returns policy clearly states that if a customer is not happy with the product then you can arrange a free return within 30 days.
The product is if very poor quality and the customer service is appalling! I am now going to have to contact my credit card company as still no resolution ( I spent over £200). Please do not use this company! Despite having a returns policy they do not adhere to it and they won’t provide a refund if you’re not happy with the product! What a con!

Solid light, with weight.
pendant light arrived, finally plugged it in to test the unit before hard wiring into ceiling and drilling fresh holes. Well it lights up managed to get the remote to sync up after several attempts.

Great product at a good price. We bought 7 light fittings and all came seoerately boxed so nit squashed together and damaged.

No communication after I paid until I…
No communication after I paid until I reached out via Instagram and email. Told me it would take 2-4 weeks then I heard nothing again. Went to my bank and got the money returned after zero contact. Definitely based overseas even when called Lights In UK, but service was none existence and there was zero contact without me pushing out first

Low Quality and Returns Issues
I ordered a pendant light which was delivered quickly however the quality was very poor (manufacturing faults in the glass lamp shades and colour not as depicted) and we wanted to return the item. Customer Service were very slow to respond and despite their website stating that they accepted returns (and I was well within the 14 day return period for online sales), they questioned the reason for my return, asking for photos to show the product issues despite the fact that it was within 14 days anyway They only agreed to the return when I stated the distance selling regulations. Do not buy from this company.

Similar to below. Long delay told issues with supply, but no eta provided when I asked and now gone silent. Had asked for refund, no reply. Have now requested credit card company to investigate.
