Great work
No hard sell, excellence engagement and customer service. Fitting went really well, with minimal fuss (guys worked their socks off when they were at the house) and so far they've done everything they said they would with the paperwork and applications.

The instalation went well, the workmen carried out the work most efficiently. On completion eveything was put away leaving us happy with what had been achieved.

The rep that come out at first (Andy) was very friendly and informative about everything, he made sure we knew what we were having. Then the installation guys came and they was friendly, they talked us through everything of where the battery was going, talk us through the process and how it all works, helped us how to use the app also, they was very clean and tidy and very respectful. 100% recommend them. They keep in contact with me to let me know the next step of the process is.

From our initial introduction
From our initial introduction, to the survey of solar panels required and completion of fit was all completed within 3 weeks. Everything went as planned, with the actual fitting taking 1 day. The various teams (scaffolder, electrician and panel fitters) were very professional and instilled confidence within me that the instalation was in good hands. I would personally recommend this company.

Install team headed up by Ross Whyte…
Install team headed up by Ross Whyte very professional during my system install.
Ross kept me informed of what & why he and the other 2 guys were doing the install. They cleaned up as the went along also noise level was kept to a minimum. After install Ross installed app on my IPhone and talked me through units installed, there function.
Also Shelley @ the office was vey helpful before and after installation advising me about what paperwork and instructions I should expect to receive.
The whole process was pretty easy from Paul Henderson sales meeting to Shelley,s after installation briefing.
Lime were excellent to deal with.

Friendly professional and informative sales pitch. Installers the same. One hitch a trench required to bring connection piping across from the garage was not done prior to the installers arrival. Office staff efficient and friendly.
