Everyone has been helpful and nothing has been a problem. We have been kept informed all the way through. The scaffolders were brilliant and quick and the installation of the panels and batteries was straight foreward and was talked through by the lads doing the installation. Any questions we had was answered without any problems and when it was done they tidied everything away and cleaned up. Definitely 5 stars.

Made an appointment for Lime to give me an estimate for solar panels. They called to say that my wife and I both had to be present or they would not give me a quote. The caller would not/could not explain why other than saying that it was company policy. When I said that I couldn't guarantee that we would both be there - at 11am on a Thursday - they cancelled the appointment. Extraordinary behaviour!

From initial meeting with Jonathan Hamilton to discuss options, through erection of scaffolding, installation of solar panel system to disassemble of scaffolding and after care, Carbon Energy Savings Limited (Lime Energy) were professional, efficient and I could not be more pleased with how the overall project was carried out.

Very good company, workmanship is excellent and the guys are very professional, just make sure you have some decaf coffee in.
They never stopped, they fitted my full system with two batteries and 16 panels, it took a full day and they never took a break. Very clean and neat install.
The system has performed better than I'd hoped too, it charges my 11kw batteries in about 6 hours, on a day where I'd consider wearing a jumper. Very pleased. Go Lime first, you won't be disappointed.

The whole experience with Lime has exceeded all expectations, from initial consultation through to install - the service has been exceptional. Friendly, relaxed and no pressure. The installation has been completed to a really high standard and the system explained in easy to understand terms. Could not recommend more highly.

The original contact was very impressive, the representative spent about three hours discussing my requirements in order to recommend the correct system. He did not pressure me to buy. The company kept in touch and the wait for installation was quite brief. The installation team arrived on time, and completed everything within the day. Lime have since been in contact to offer support, and have answered my questions in a prompt and helpful manner. My entire experience has been very positive.

Excellent service, support and product. Right from the first approach to Lime for information and a quote the whole experience has been excellent. Everything has been well explained and it was easy to get hold of someone if I wanted further information. The installation process went very smoothly and the system was well explained and the app is great. Highly recommended.

Excellent service sales team & customer services. Can ring anytime I have a problem. Installers were polite and respectful, left the area clean and tidy. Would definitely recommend. Price is great especially as scaffolding and bird protection was included with no extra cost

The process and development of specification for our property and particularly the proactive communication from Lime at all stages was excellent. This was important as our final specification was altered slightly due to our particular circumstances where our electricity usage was not certain (not long moved house and no reliable accurate consumption figures available yet). This involved their technical team who were extremely proactive in resolving.
A big plus point for me was that Lime are an approved Octopus installer and as such had to have appropriate processes, procedures and audit in place to maintain that approval.
Also the fact that LIme have post install Customer Services and interaction on ongoing performance monitoring and simply being contactable for any queries is a huge plus. An example of the importance of ongoing support is that it takes a few weeks for export permission to the grid to come through.
The customer service from Lime at all stages, proactive communication about install dates with regular progress updates was excellent.
The installation team including scaffold construction were superb, communicative at all times, explaining all elements of install and helping with app set up etc. Very tidy and cleared all packaging etc.
The process went very smoothly.

everything was perfectly organised and seamlessly performed. From initial consultation to completion of the installation we were kept fully informed. Scaffolders were great, admin was great, easy to contact, installers and electrician worked efficiently. What could have been a worry was instead a really positive experience. Installed quickly and efficiently, around four hours, software was explained in full and I was able to download the app to control my system no problem, checking the app control functions was easy and understandable.

After an initial query about solar panels we were visited the next day by Dave who we found to be very honest and with no high pressure. He explained everything clearly and the process each stage of the installation would take.
The scaffolders came a few days before the panel installers and electricians and exactly at the time which was advised by Lime. All the while we were kept up to date by the office.
All the workmen were very helpful and hard working and kept us right with downloading app and setting up. Everything was completed within 3 weeks.
Shelley along with a couple of gentlemen in the office could not have been more helpful and on the ball.
In short, life would be so easy if all companies were as efficient and as customer orientated as Lime!
