I ordered clothes to my aunt address in Pakistan because my parents went to holidays one shirt was faulty I messaged limelight they replied there policy is to return in 48 hour I received clothes after a month of delivery how an earth I return in that time from UK.

My wife Ordered something and Payment was taken and item never arrived. Limelight nowton either ever took a payment.

Useless company for international ordering items internationally

This is a shady company & not worth talking a chance on. I own a small business & I provided inferior work or just kept client fund in exchange for no work I would be out of business quickly.

they send in faulty items if u order online. they sent me dresses with stains (black color) all over it. and when i complaint, they did nothing. Never order online from this store; they will deceive u and waste ur money

Such a lovely experience. The staff made the experience really enjoyable. They were so helpful from start to finish, offering great advice and going above a beyond to help me find the perfect dress.

The woman at the door was aggressive. Don’t recommend.

I've been wearing limelight for like 10 years but this year limelight has disappointed me as there quality of clothe is pathetic specially from the gold collection higher price and lower quality. Plus the staff on counter of tenth avenue branch is so rude and lazy.

Didn't even want to give 1 star. The staff is so rude and harasses. Happened to be at limelight and one of the male was harrasing. Took extra money too. Bunch of harrasers and dirty mind people at limelight

Terrible customer service.
Have sent out wrong items twice. They're a bunch of liars and fraudsters. They denied their mistake the first time saying it's due to lighting. There is a huge difference between flamingo pink and bright pink. This time they sent the wrong shade of red which was a re-order and when I sent proofs of the 2 items showing the difference my emails were ignored.
Please don't shop from them and waste your money.

Very poor and unhelpful customer service.
I ordered a bright pink dupatta and was sent a flamingo pink instead. It's a massive difference in colour but the team said that there may be a "small" difference in colour. I wish I could post the photos on this review.
Useless and unhelpful and won't reply until you nag them.
Doubt I'd be buying from them again.

Good customer service, good quality clothes and fast reliable DHL delivery to Canada. Took 10 days order to home! Will recommend. Not where these negative reviews are coming from

I wanted to give this crap company 0 start rating but unfortunately there's no option for that. I placed 2 orders on 26 December 2020 and today on 14th January when I called them for the 4th time they're shamelessly telling me that ordered can't be delivered because it's out of stock!!!! Can u believe it? If it was out of stock why wasn't I informed before. Plz don't waste ur time on this scam company.

I have placed 2 orders on this site, both times it sais thankyou for your order and you will receive a confirmation email to say its been accepted and when delivery is expected. NO email received or reply to an email I sent them! Thank god I did Cash on Delivery, so no money wasted just my time. Crap company dont order anything from them!!!

1st complain: their small sizes have changed. Yes their sizes our sizes are still the same. We in our family have their small size shirts perfect still! But any small in 2020 just too big sleeces and the fitting never like before. WHY?

2nd complain: This is Jan 2020 , no Khaddar trousers in stock! Just shirts shirts shirts or shirt and shawls keep stocking restocking. Just no Khaddar trousers stitched or unstitched nowhere to find! Limelight , Nishat, Kayseria etc nobody have them really. Ridiculous. They are selling cambric trousers in Jan 2020. Shame to big brands honestly. We wasted soooo much time so much just looking for basic shade pret khaddar trousers. Then started looking for unstitched khaddar in differenct cities at these brands. They just don't have it. Illogical. Customers buying khaddar suits cannot buy cambric trousers. Why they all just did not bring these in. Unable to understand really!

I am based in UAE and I ordered lots of clothes using the limelight website but I am so disappointed as I received a wrong parcel. My paid value was PKR 23519 and I received a wrong parcel with the value of PKR 2598 . I had paid the DHL shipment charges of PKR 4000. Why on earth somebody would pay so high shipment charges for the clothes value PKR 2598????
The customer service is also not good as they keep on saying that the concerned department will contact you and the whole day has passed but nobody has contacted me yet . Nobody even bother to reply back on email and WhatsApp.
Even though they always show as online but either they don’t read the message or they don’t have a solution so they don’t bother to reply leaving an overseas customer( me) in a bad Situation .
I am worried and either I need to get my money back or I want them to deliver me the correct order and pick up this wrong order that I received . I am so disappointed with limelight . This is my last purchase with them and I won’t ever shop from limelight .

Thank you !!I ordered before five days ago Yesterday I got my package fast service good quality fabric ,I was disappointed when read the reviews was thinking I lost my money. When I contacted customer service they replied immediately "your package is ready to shipment"after 4 days I got it. Good quality ,fast service .helpfull customer service. THANK YOU!!

I ordered my package on 7th August and received today, 2nd September. I am in the UK. It has to be said that if you require your clothes quickly, this is not the place to buy them. Their shipping email says you will receive in 3-5 days, this is incorrect and should definitely be changed. However I wasn't in a rush for the clothes, so this wasn't a massive issue for me.

The clothes were very good quality and I am very happy with them. Would purchase again.

The only improvement I would say is to update your shipping email to reflect actual delivery times to destination. It took around 3 weeks from the date of the shipping confirmation email for the package to arrive. I think that it was quick via the courier, but a large amount of time was spent preparing the order.

Another small concern is that I have had an increased amount of spam mail since I signed up to Limelight website, whilst this may be unrelated, it was a cause for concern as to the safety of my data.

Soo cool nd fantastic dress. I have ordered yesterday and got withing 24 hours. Really happy wth to deal with.. Shop more nd more soon. Jzakallah. 🙂🙂🙂🙂

Limelight pk do not even deserve 1 star. I have placed 7/8 orders with them, just 1 order fulfilled and rest got canvelled upon contacting their customer service. All of them have a same lame excuse about quality if their quality is that bad please then shut your company.
Infact their website says they will deliver order within 3-5days but its been over a month now no status update from them. Refunding money is another issue. I had to contact my bank to dealt with them.
