After all the negative reviews I see, l have to say yes their customer service is bad but the clothes quality is good. At least the ones I got were exactly as shown on their website. At first I thought I lost money just like others and was really concerned about being scammed. I had to contact customer service several times and got upset at them as they wouldn’t give a straight answer to where my order was. I don’t know if i got lucky or my constant chat with their rep turned out in my favour and I got the order delivered after almost 6-7 weeks.

absolutely the worst company. billed me on 23rd of july and never shipped anything or refunded me. never replied to my whatsapp messages either. mailed them they replied a couple of times and then stopped doing it.

As the time goes by,there service and quality both getting sucks. Quality of products are cheap. Customer service support 80 to 90 percent unavailable. Once you able to complain about some issue they will never going to pick your call again or reply you. Dont waste your money and time here everybody.

I ordered Eid dresses on 16th July 2020 . They never sent it .and cancelled the order just before Eid and due to lockdown we can not have any dress now .

I ordered Eid dresses in July 2020 and i received email 10 days before the Eid that "your order # is currently in process of being dispatched to you under tracking#. You will get your order in 3-5 working days." after 5 days i received same message again and didnt receive the order. The tracking number was fake. I contact several times by call, emails and via WhatsApp but never receive any reply. I had to order another Eid dress that i received on time.
Worst company, very bad customer who never reply.

Absolutely shocking experience with Limelight. Ordered 2 items back at the beginning of June, 4 weeks later had a dispatch email with a tracking number that didn’t work, contacted customer services that said another week and I’ll have my items.....anyway after multiple emails with no replies par 2 that promised a refund the clothes arrived today 22nd July.....6 week’s it took and I wasn’t even expecting the clothes anymore because they had promised a bloody refund.
I was prepared to contact my bank to get my money back too.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

I ordered some clothes from Limelight 1 month back . They just sent me damaged clothes . There are 3 big holes in a shirt . Furthermore they don't have any option to attack pics with comments on their Facebook page . I sent them numerous messages i complained on their website n fon number but of no use they didn't answer back

i ordered 2 months ago and still have not received my order , i would like my money back

I am appalled with your customer service I dont understand why you are holding onto my payment it shouldn't take 2 nearly 3 weeks for you to issue me a refund if I dont get my refund I will dispute this further Innsha Allah.
Limelight blocked me I do not reccomend anyone to purchase from them at all.

I ordered on 3rd June I have called them more than 12 times I have messaged them on messenger whatsaap and Instagram I got promised my items within a week but nothing happened . On messenger I got a regular message "dear customer your order is not dispatched yet please wait bla bla bla" . I am still waiting for my order which I dont know anything about.. I would definitely not recommend any overseas to order from limelight their service sucks and they promise more than what they can handle..

Very poor services. Delivery is none existent by the looks of it. Would not recommend even if last place to shop on earth!!! :/

I'm still waiting for my order to be delivered in pk to my sister hse I paid via debit card from UK which went through within 2 days and then they had adersty to message me after i enquired about my order that on its way and it will be cash on delivery! I had to send pic of my id card which thankfully I had, to proof it was me who paid. Eventually after 7 days got a text to say payment recieved and will be deapatched shortly still waiting and they do not reply on wts app number nor on the email absolutely waste of time terrible terrible service. I'm dreading what the order is going to be like if and when I receive it.

Please don't pay them with your credit card they will take forever to deliver your order they are scammers they deserve 0 but I can’t do that

Terrible customer service for overseas customers. They dont answer e-mails or messages, and dont update, so you never know where your order is or its status. The only thing they do very quickly is withdraw payment, in my case within 2 days. It has been around 2 weeks since i placed my order, and still its in the last stages of despatch. Normally, in Europe, the payment is withdrawn once the parcel has been despatched. Not at limelight. I do not reccomend buying from here, Unless they improve their customer service.

My family Ordered from Canada they sent tracking number after a week we asked them weI haven't receive our order and they said order is in final dispatching process, but we did not received any order for long time so we asked for refund they said I will get it in 10-15 days didn't get anything they scam me. now they don't reply to our msgs and delete comments from fb they are just scamming overseas people, Request to Overseas Pakistani especially from Canada and USA, this company is not reliable to order, you will waste your money and time.

Very disappointed. I was a satisfied customer of limelight's out lets purchasing. But it is a really worse experience to buy online. Totally fake description about the product .bad quality, bad stiching .total lose. 8 recommend don't buy online

I have recieved my order in 2 weeks time. Clothes qulity is good and same as shown in pictures and described. I just got what I ordered.

All international customers, bear in mind you have pay delivery charges separately to DHL. I paid them £33 for 6 shirts only😔 which didn't make me feel very happy.

very bad service don't buy from limelight, they are fake and send me damage and fake stuff totally different from picture, even don't reply me about my complain and problem, they have just bad after sale service

I’m from Denmark and I ordered through their webshop. I bought about 6-7 clothes and got what I expected. I received my parcel within 14 days. Overall everything went fine!

There is a little minus though. They don’t replay on emails..
