Livicor Hair Avis 

Great quality hair but customer service is disappointing as I shouldn’t have to repeatedly chase a late delivery. I’m understanding that delays occur and or order overwhelm may be experienced, but that doesn’t negate being courteous when finally responding and offering an apology. It’s that simple!

The quality of the hair is impressive-super soft, good value for the price.

I was a bit unsure with the curls pattern if they will match my own curls. I got a help from Livicor team to match my hair texture and colour, the curls and colour blend so well with my natural curls, making them look just like my own hair

These extensions are a good match for my 3B curls. They're easy to wash and style. I will recommend the hair for anyone that has the same hair texture.

Terrible company with awful communication. They outright ignore your queries and orders take a monrh despite being advertised with a quicker turnaround. Stay clear of them.

Hair quality for the curly hair extensions is shocking. It's so thin and once installed my client looked like hagrid from Harry potter. Waste of time trying to contact customer services because you won't get any sort of refund and most of the staff are just rude. Definitely avoid.

I was sent hair completely different to what I ordered - the colour and style of curl bared hardly any resemblance to the picture on the website. I requested a refund a week ago and have heard nothing back.

The quality is aright but the hair has a lot of shrinkage, idk how to cure that.

Love the curly hair it’s given me a confidence boost! Since starting to wear my hair naturally again! I also made the wrong decision with the hair and emails were answered and I was able to swap my hair.. however I am still waiting on a reply about the new hair but I am more than happy to wait if my hair is anything like I received the first time.

Worth money, soft hair and not too much shiny. 20inch length bit too long for me, but still lovely hair and nice fit for occasions. I will buy more foe shorter. 😊

Don’t walk RUN ! what an amazing set of quick easy hair extensions ! Safe to say I’ll never get my hair professionally done again for hundreds of euros ! I didn’t think they be good for little as €157 but wow ! so easy and look amazing on you can’t tell the difference!!

I didn't expect much but it looks seamless when worn. I have shoulder length hair and it's great to be able to change my look without have to wear a full wig. Easy to put in, comfortable to wear and great length. ⭐️

I feel compelled to share my experience with Livicor as a cautionary tale for potential customers. This company is nothing short of a scam, and I strongly advise against making any purchases from them.

I ordered hair from Livicor, expecting human hair as described, but what I received was far from it. The hair was not the promised 20 inches, and upon close inspection, it became apparent that I had been sent something entirely different from what I ordered.

Attempts to seek a refund and return the incorrect product were met with repeated ignorance from Livicor. Frustrated, I resorted to opening a PayPal case. However, Livicor managed to shut it down by falsely claiming it was a custom order, conveniently sidestepping PayPal's coverage for such cases. This incident alone raises serious red flags about their business ethics.

The quality of the hair was shockingly poor; when I weighed it, it fell short by approximately 100 grams compared to 200 grams what I had purchased. Moreover, the hair turned out to be a mix of synthetic and real hair, making it absolutely not worth the money spent.

Sadly, my experience is not isolated. Reading through other reviews reveals a pattern of deceit and fraudulent practices by Livicor, victimizing many other customers.

In conclusion, I strongly advise against patronizing Livicor. They are undeniably fraudsters who know exactly what they are doing. Save yourself the trouble and money by avoiding this company altogether.

Delivery - was good. The hair was not a good or long as I expected.
I’ve not tried it but can tell. Pls can I gets send it back and get a refund.

Never received my order and customer service is very bad and I can see why they have many negative reviews

Purchased some curly tape in hair extensions which I ordered 14inch which is the length of my hair. They arrived and were less than 11inches. When I contacted Livicolour about this they said that the hair is measured stretched. They said this is advertised but it’s not very clear on the website. They will not even exchange or refund. This cost me £159 and I’m stuck with it. I’ll never order from them again and would advise that anyone else never order from them if they expect a fair and decent service.
