Ik heb net 26 euro voor 1 liter olie betaald bij LKQ in Sittard. Dat is nog eens lef hebben en gewoon asociaal. Alles wordt duurder durven ze dan te zeggen achter de kassa...

The warranty on re-manufactured engines applies to the purchaser of the engine. So…if your mechanic buys the engine and installs it in your car and charges you for engine/installation it is not YOU with warranty it is your mechanic. So if the engine throws a rod it is your mechanic who must file a claim. If you have moved, if the mechanic has gone out of business or been run over by a bus you are screwed. Indeed LKQ won’t give you any information about this transaction.

After receiving 2 transmissions both times they were faulty it too some time to troubleshoot the problem. After finding it they would not stand by the last transmission. I had only put less then 400 miles on the second transmission. My installer tried for a few months to find problem after changing many external parts he gave up. Sent car to another company and they found problem internally. NO HELP AT ALL FROM LKQ

I paid for a transmission with 89,000 miles and received a transmission with 102,000 this company does bad business.

Horrible company I bought an engine and it ran for less than a month and started knocking and the won’t cover it under warranty and it was supposed to have a 4 year warranty. Don’t buy an engine that comes from them

If you don’t have to buy from them please don’t, save yourself the stress & trouble. I bought 2 transmissions from them within a year and both transmissions are no good. They refuse to help you whenever their product fails, customer service, sales rep & management give you the run around. I spoke with the manager after leaving a review on google he made me an offer and he didn’t put it into their system sales rep told me to speak to Kevin, I left multiple messages on both Kevin & Lance voicemail nobody responded or called me back. I am still out with 2 transmission and no manager to step in to refund me the money as Kevin promised he would do. I purchased a engine for 2012 BMW 650i that was inoperable. Replacement sent but the reimbursement for labor was a freaking slap in the face! $50 an hour for installing a engine in a BMW? These folks (LKQ) are a rip off!!! Look elsewhere for your parts before being taken for a ride from LKQ. Totally 💩🖕🏿

Great customer service I have had the best service from Chris Amaro and Johnny Carrillo Jr for the past 4 to 5 years they both are very knowledgeable regarding all aftermarket and LKQ used parts. They go above and beyond to make sure I have the best prices and the correct parts I need. Thanks guys!

I had a very disappointing experience with LKQ Online. The order was supposed to be delivered directly to my repair shop, but it was sent to my home instead, creating a major inconvenience. When the package arrived, several parts were broken, and there was oil leaking everywhere The condition of the shipment showed poor packaging and handling. Overall, the delivery and quality control did not meet my expectations, and I hope LKQ improves its shipping process and inspection standards to prevent this from happening to other custom and no one to reach in the phone to discuss any issue!!

I bought a Dodge 4.7 liter re-manufactured motor for my 2003 Ram 1500.It lasted 8K and a little over two years! The valves were not seated properly which is a typical Dodge issue and it launched the number 1 piston through the block. They paid for another engine swap which was good and boom, the second motor overheated in about 20 months! Mechanic said it was a water jacket problem, which again is typical with Dodge. So, now after spending over 6K on repairs and a broken truck for most of the last four years I am out of luck! Don't buy a Dodge 4.7 liter engine from
LQK! I can't speak to the other types of motors but between two Reman engines I only drove a very gentle 14K and both motors expired in little over fours years! Absolute garbage, Never again!

The apathy is palpable when you walk in. Waited 5 mins for the staff to finish a conversation. Couldnt be bothered to check if they had 5/16" clip nuts. Just said they didnt. Amazon from here on out. I will never go to LKQ again.

I don't know how the employees are treated in LKQ company, But everytime I call to inquire for parts, They always put me on hold forever, then they always answer the phone angry!!! I have yet to be helped by someone in LKQ that is civil and enjoys helping you if you don't know something. BUt most are RUDE DISSMIVE AND GRUMPY! What is going on with this big company??

poor customer service, 10 days later still no part and nobody comes back to with an update...

Bought a part through this companies partner Carpartbargains.
It was delivered by their courier Evri to an incorrect address.
Totally could not be bothered about customer service, won't be dealing with these again no reason given for my parcel been delivered to indirect address even though I've supplied photographic from Evri.
