Excellent customer service

I regularly speak to Lloyds advisors over the phone to discuss delivery of my husband’s medication and they’re always polite, professional, friendly and helpful. The same can be said for their delivery drivers as well. Excellent customer service.

Friendly approach

Jo had a friendly approach and dealt with my query effectively. He gave me good advice about taking my time to register on the app as he said it times out it has to be reset.

Lloyd's Performance is Excellent

Real cause of delays on delivery appears to lie with Pharmacy difficulties in regional hospitals.
