After a very long time in a queue to speak to someone about my upcoming delivery, I spoke to a very polite and apologetic young man. He helped me to rearrange my delivery to a more suitable date.

This company do not realise they are…

This company do not realise they are playing with people’s lives. I had a delivery booked for today and have heard nothing from the company and trying to get through to them by telephone is almost impossible unless you want to wait on the phone for hours. I really don’t understand how this company has a license to deliver peoples life saving medication because they have no care for their patients

Call handler Joe was very proficient

Call handler Joe was very proficient, but I was on hold for 40+ minutes before I got through. I think that is not acceptable and would have been 5/5 if hold time was <3 minutes.

Great customer Service

Once I got through to a rep I was really impressed . Gemma was attentive , concerned and reassured me that she would do everything she could to resolve my problem ( this was an issue with a prescription not being sent by the hospital ) and would follow up .
True to her word , she contacted me and resolved the issue and would expedite the delivery .
Great customer care .

amazing experience

Today I received a call from Joe, who was very helpful and friendly. He helped me book my next delivery so I have it on time before my holiday. He asked all the appropriate questions during this call and was very professional. Thanks again!!

Just a awful company to have to deal with

Fast becoming one of the worst companies I have to deal with in my life. 2 no shows on a delivery now. No medication for over a month and the queue to talk to someone on the phone is just insane. I work full time, I don't have time to be 17th in a queue because I'll be sitting there for over an hour! I've emailed and had no reply either.
Absolutely woeful.

The nurse was amazing

The nurse was so friendly, so clear in her instructions. No question was a silly question. She was so patient and very helpful. Amazing.
The delivery came at the time expected the day before. Great service so far
