Local Services Drainage Avis

Great company. Fixed problem very quickly. Highly recommend

Matt Scott is the most pleasant and hard-working contractor I have ever experienced. In the most extreme cold, snowy conditions he cleared my drains of a massive amount of filth and a huge, about 2 meter long plug of tree roots, leaving it pristine and shining like new. I can’t recommend him highly enough.
I hope this gets through because Scott really deserves praise for pleasantly, diligently and efficiently doing a very dirty job. Thank you Scott! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Steve and his pal did a sterling job in atrocious weather conditions. Professional and thorough throughout the course, and they were polite and very informative with details of the work they were doing. It's reassuring to know my drain is now operable and secure. Thank you so much.

Really pleased with the work that Steve did today. Professional, friendly, engaging. Kept me updated with what he was doing and how he was doing it. Showed me a video of the completed work. Now I have peace of mind that my drains are fixed. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to others.

Super professional and efficient company. Huge problem with old clay pipes and drain blockage. Local Services Drainage came out and did a thorough survey, found the problem, and dealt with it 2 days later. Polite and knowledgeable workmen who did an excellent job and left the property neat and tidy. Highly recommend.

Scam complete scam ask for transfer then say they don’t have the money. Then they ask for personal information to ‘get the payment’ the payment was paid by faster transfer. AVOID like the plague

Sorted out the clogged WC without having to take apart as I was going to do. Managed to ease out the toilet freshener from behind, Rang in the morning and promised to be there early afternoon but did not arrive until early evening. Warned me the seal would leak which I fixed myself with Plumbers Mate as I had some in the garage. Otherwise would have had 4 stars

Thank you Charlie and Boyd. You kept us informed about the time of your arrival and were courteous and respectful throughout your visit. Whilst the problem could not be completely sorted you reassured us that you would be back asap after christmas to complete and we believe you!!
Thank you. Derek N4

Excellent service, I phoned in the afternoon they came the next day diagnosed various problems returned the next day and fixed it all, now you can’t get better than that, and it wasn’t desperately urgent. All the staff were very friendly and efficient.
Will definitely use them again for any drainage issues.

Really impressed with the service and help provided by Matt from Local Services Drainage.

We couldn’t be happier with the drainage work that was done. From start to finish, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. They clearly explained the problem, proposed the right solution, and completed the job on time. The drainage system works perfectly and the area was left clean and tidy. Highly recommend!

Was super polite and made sure drains were unblocked even though it was a challenge but they had the cleared , so very grateful. Will be using them again , highly recommended

Absolutely the worst
Guys out there
They quote one price and engineer comes out and wants to charge you 4 times as much
Be careful about dealing with this company

professional service cleared blocked drain highly recommend

I am leaving a review for my mother who had a really great experience with this drainage service. I found them online for her as she needed help and from start to finish they were professional, reliable, and easy to deal with. They arrived on time, explained everything clearly to her and got everything sorted quickly and efficiently. The work was done to a high standard and they left the area clean and tidy afterwards, which I really appreciated. It’s reassuring to find a service you can trust, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing drainage work done.

Arrived on time ...job done to amazing standard... helpful and friendly....will deffo be using them again..... thanks 👍

Very friendly on time did the job amazing would highly recommended 5 stairs from me and very good prices

Over the moon with the service I recent! Thought I wasn’t going to get my drains unblocked before Christmas , they were able to do it super fast and were very professional , highly recommend

What an absolute farce of a company. I used them for one of my flats in Southampton. Offered one price. Then a second. Eventually agreed a price. Paid it. They turned up. Did nothing. Told me they sorted it - which they hadn’t. Tenants still have issues. Nothing changed. Was told I’d receive a call from the director. Nothing, told I’d receive a refund. Nothing. Avoid avoid avoid

Fantastic job quick to respond
Friendly and very helpful
