Local Treasures Avis

Have used LT on several occasions and extremely happy with the work completed. All tradespeople professional and friendly. Great company to get smaller jobs done for a reasonable cost. Highly recommended.

Prompt response and professional approach to the job. Our handyman was reliable and completed the job in a very tidy manner, all within 48 hours of my request. I would use this service again.

I went online to Local Treasures on 19th August for a gardener. I had a text from mark, who said he would be in touch. He has arranged 5 visits the last one being today 15 September and has not turned up for any of them. Three of them he hasn't contacted me at all.

Totally unreliable. The first person I had booked to do some gardening work. Cancelled as he said he could not find anywhere to park. Which was not true, there was direct parking outside my house. The second person changed the time of arrival twice and did not arrive by the time I needed to go out, an hour later. Such a waste of time left waiting. He then became very insistent after I'de explained that I would need to rearrange. In the end I blocked his number. I would never use Local Treasures again. An appalling service. A total waste of time.

Following a long stay in Hospital, my garden, untouched for over 5 months during the Summer, was markedly overgrown. Local Treasure Adrian arrived precisely on time and made a superb job of getting my garden very neat and presentable again. Indeed with his trimmer he made a better overall job than I would have done. Will use now for regular garden maintenance and have already passed a Local Treasures recommendation to my immediate neighbour.

Always on time and always tidy.

Love dealing with Local Treasures - they are efficient and the little treasure they have allocated to me is professional, punctual, polite, positive and just a pleasure to have met.
Will be using them every couple of weeks.

They were quick to attend and very helpful.

Friendly attitude, willingness to please and a general satisfaction from doing a good job

I have used this team twice. First time for hanging a curtain rail, second time to sort out plumbing. Each time they turned up on time and did a good job, with no hidden extra charges! The way the site is set up, you know how much the job will cost {very reasonable) before you make a decision to use them, which is very helpful.
I can thoroughly recommend them and I won't hesitate to use them again.

Many thanks. He took heavy items happily, that were in the way. Very polite and on time for collection. I will be using this service again.

Lovely gardener cleared my very overgrown front garden and left me with practical advice on what to do next and how to maintain it.

Excellent help and support by Local Treasures staff ensuring we got the right people for the jobs required.

Our treasure Did an excellent job

Hard-working and diligent
Exactly what we needed.
Thank you

Came earlier at my request and persisted when he encountered a problem. Did a good job.

Really good job by the two men, reroofing a wooden garage with roof felt. Working in unpleasant weather, they completed the job in about three hours and the roof is now totally secure and watertight. Excellent work !

A local treasure contacted me within 24 hours of placing my job and then visited to view the job (replacing shed roof). We booked a mutually convenient date and the job was completed very efficiently. Would use again.

Really great service via the app . Within hours of placing my request , a handyman took the job . He was very reliable, turned up on the dot, completed the task in a very professional and competent manner. I was very impressed with his workmanship along with this great service.

Brenda, the amazing cleaning lady, who took on a very difficult house clean, as mum had gone into a care home and therefore house had been somewhat neglected. She made it literally sparkle for the new owners! Also Brenda and Local Treasures turned our request around within 2 weeks! Couldn’t ask for a better service at a very stressful time. Thank you all.

Good quality work, liked a chat.
