Lodge Brothers are an independent, employee owned funeral service. 7 generations of our family have been helping local families in their time of need. For 240 years we have provided funerals, both modern & traditional, with reverence and compassion, for all faiths and the non-religious. We can facilitate cremations, burials, direct cremations and remembrance services. We bring our Lodge difference to every service offered including our own legal team (providing wills, probate and lasting POAs) and our highly skilled masons providing unique memorials, inscriptions and design work. We have a dedicated Funeral Plan Team who can help with planning for the future with a funeral plan or funeral wishes. We also supply floral tributes, Orders of Service, cremation urns and keepsake jewellery.

Great company to deal with
Great company to deal with. I have used them twice and been totally happy with their services. They are all extremely polite and kind, and make, what’s not the most happy time, a very smooth process. Victoria is super helpful and friendly, and helps you step by step through the process, offering advice when needed. Wonderful.

Lodge Bros Memorials (Ashford) were very patient over a number of years, always responding positively, as the family agreed on a headstone for our grandmother.
We had a call advising when the headstone would be installed and asking if we would like to be present.

I am sad not to rate this a 5 out of 5. Laura in the Walton office was absolutely fantastic and could not be faulted for the service she provided. Thoughtful, caring, showed compassion and understanding and was extremely efficient and thorough. I couldn’t recommend her highly enough. My tinge of disappointment was at the service itself (you get one shot at this). The immediate family followed the coffin into the crematorium but had not been given any service cards on entry or had any let for them on the seats. This meant as the service was about to start a member of the family had to go and ask for them. And unfortunately was only able to get one card between 6 people. We had ordered 100 and over 100 people attended. The management of how these are given out could perhaps be managed in a better way. These small things matter and I hope are learnt from in the future for other families.

Very caring, compassionate and proffesional
Lodge Brothers were very proffesional,very compasionate throughout. We purchased a headstone from the Surbiton branch,Jane was very helpful,talked us through the options for engraving,fonts,statues,timescales etc. After our choices we still had several questions,no phone call was left unanswered and I wasn't made to feel my questions were uneccessary or stupid. Even when the headstone was being installed I was informed of the date and process, it was also quicker than we thought it would be. We're very pleased with our choices, the quality and the headstone and engraving are great. I would definately reccommend Lodge brothers, especially for such an emotional occasion.
