Total scam company - pretend to be based in London but are shipping their rubbish directly from China. sending goods of such poor quality, smaller sizes. Tried to ask for a refund and then no reply. Disputed the charge with the bank and bank said as I disputed with the incorrect request they will not support me

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.. I’ve instructed my bank to look into them .. took two payments with different names on my bank statement .. item came 2 months late and looks absolutely nothing like the one advertised.. wish I’d have read the reviews here before I bought the item ..

If I could give it zero I would ! Total scam company ! Looks like it’s a uk website but the stuff all made in china. Ordered a shearling aviator jacket from them . Quality total rubbish. Thin material. Like a thin fleece !

The customer service number they provided is fake, not reachable. The product is rubbish. Customer service email addressed is on automated reply. DONT BUY FROM THEM. Another rubbish company from China.

Total scam company - pretend to be based in London and Utrecht in Holland but are shipping their rubbish directly from China. Taking your money and sending goods of such poor quality I could pick up from a charity shop or jumble sale for under a pound - avoid at all costs and save your money

I wish I had read the reviews before I purchased 2 'cashmere' jumpers delivery promised for 23/12 in time for Christmas. They finally arrived during the second week of January and are nylon. The return address is China although they were posted from Southall. Avoid at all costs.

Wish i had read the reviews before i purchased! I ordered a sheep skin bomber jacket... The picture on the wedsite looked great but the actual product sent out was of very poor quality! £80 now down and after numerous emails and form sent on there website still nothing sent back!

Absolute joke! If I had known I wouldn’t have touched them with a barge pole ! LONDON ELEGANCE - UK … their address on the website states they’re based in Netherlands- NOT TRUE - CHINA !! How misleading is that !!!
They sent wrong item . I emailed them and explained that the size is wrong I ordered size 5 /38 - was sent 4/ 37 , & they sent kids item , instead of women’s boots ! Getting nowhere with them !! Their correspondence seems to be AI - repetitive- they won’t respond to my questions . Cost of return will be higher than the item of £30.00 .FUMING !!!!

Another dissatisfied " London Elegance" customer.
Ordered "Levi"jumper thinking this was a London Company and valid label.
Took ages to arrive....poor quality jumper, nothing like the picture shown and certainly not a Levi product !
Only choice given is to return to China and pay at least £10....to add to original cost of £25....

I ordered two cotton shirts from this company paying £60. It took three weeks to get to me. I had looked on-line at the reviews (unfortunately after I had ordered) so I was dreading what I was I going to get. They arrived, two very cheap polyester shirts which obviously didn’t fit and looked awful. I tried to open a dispute with PayPal but didn’t get anywhere and I’m not really wanting to pay god knows how much to send these bits of shit back to china! Avoid avoid avoid!

Ordered a cashmere jumper absolutely not cashmere and the size / shape of the garment is disproportional sleeves too short for the jumper.

This company is a scam.

I recently ordered a cashmere woollen zipped jumper not realising it was a Chinese firm. What eventually arrived was a cheap cotton item. As a consequence I am cancelling my bank payment and have instructed LE to pick up the jumper from my home address I have no intension of returning it to China. they do not reply to emails either. I wish I had seen the reviews before ordering. Avoid this firm!

I made a grand mistake of ordering a black corduroy blazer of these scam artists. The blazer turned up from China with material so thin you could put it over your head and still watch TV. Then they make it as difficult as possible for you to recover your money. If you order of this site after reading this your literally throwing money away, I’m approaching PayPal to ask them to stop providing these parasites with payment options.

Basically I bought a jumper, received generous discount code to add another. Did so. Got an email saying order being progressed. Then nothing.
Checked trust pilot, saw negative reviews. Emailed to cancel order. Phoned bit number didn't work. Opened dispute in PayPal.
2 hours later I got series of London elegance emails saying order dispatched.
Return conditions are to pay for Return to China!
I will not pay for this and will pursue through PayPal.
This is clearly a scam company.

I ordered a cashmere jumper before checking on here and panicked after reading the reviews. I was convinced the item wouldn’t arrive or would be a tatty piece of fabric. However, it did finally arrive 3 weeks later and to my surprise wasn’t too bad. It’s not real cashmere but feels slightly similar, it’s true to size for a small, and is actually quite a nice jumper, bit itchy but it’s as it looks on the website. No label inside, but for £60 it’s not going to be genuine cashmere!

Total scam, cheapest tat I have ever seen avoid like the plague

Dammm I should have read the reviews.. like they all say cheap tat from china, ordered an XL cashmere sweater which turned out to be the thiniset sweater ever and the size was more like a kids small.. impossible to get in contact with someone, no response from emails and the London phone number is a dead line.. these need reporting to trading standards.. AVOID
