Cannot get in touch with this company. All emails bounce back but I get regular emails from them with discount codes so not sure how that works. I think trading standards might be interested as this so called British company is a scam.

Paid extra for an express delivery for shoes to wear on a city break holiday. Needed orthopaedic shoes as advertised. Company stated delivered but have only just received them 2 weeks later.

The shoes are a disgrace. They are cheap and soft material with no support for ankles or feet. They look nothing like the picture and i have only just read the reviews because my emails keep bouncing back.

Lesson learned! Do not touch this company with a bargepole

I ordered shoes on 14th September, and as nothing has arrived, tried contacting them. As there is no phone number, I did this by email, but my messages keep coming up as ‘Failed’. I have re-checked their address, but to no avail. I’d be grateful if someone could either give me a phone number, or tell me how they managed to contact the company, as the advertised email address doesn’t seem valid. Thanks!

I have just realised that this company is a scam. I ordered shoes 10days ago but still haven’t received them. I tried to get in touch but it said Address not found. Looked on tracking and it’s China not a UK family as is advertised. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY ITS A SCAM 😡

The shoes are very poor quality and not worth the money; I am sure they will break if I try to wear them.

They do not live up to their on-line description and they are not substantial like those shown in the on-line photograph.
I feel I have been cheated out of my money.

I tried to contact the company before the shoes arrived because there was no indication of a delivery date. There was no response. However, they were quick to take the money from my account.

I suspect this is a bogus "company".

This so called UK company is a scam! Goods come from CHINA- and the trainers/ shoes are appalling quality. Customer service email just bounces back. I ordered what I thought were orthopaedic trainers as I'm recovering from a broken ankle- but don't trust this company! They are not legitimate. Nothing orthopaedic about them.

DO NOT PURCHASE. Company is a con. DO NOT ANSWER CUSTOMERS BACK AND THEREFORE NO REFUND. Don’t lose your money.

I bought the Marley shoes before I read the reviews and was gutted by the waste of money!!…They arrived after 3 weeks from China even although it says UK on website.. They were like 2 sizes too small also thin cheap material ..They are on Malwarebytes website as a scam company also they have many different websites too..They con people out of money! Just look out for same pictures of shoes and same price under different names..They do not answer emails asking to return items.

Very very poor quality trainers. So poor that it was all bent from packaging. Plastic

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! Their trainers are nothing like the website, the quality is shocking. I have no been able to get hold of anyone to process a return and I was left with having to claim money back from my credit card.

I have been trying to contact the company for a long time regarding the order I placed, but I have not been successful. Initially, I wanted to amend the order, but I ended up canceling it, which included two pairs of shoes.

To cut a long story short, my emails either went unanswered or were returned as undeliverable. Their website claims to be a UK-based company that sells orthopedic shoes, but none of this is true. The shoes were shipped from the Far East, took forever to arrive despite my request to cancel the order, and the quality was horrendous. I have never seen anything worse. The two pairs weighed less than a kilo, felt like they were made of paper, were poorly constructed, and came without labels or shoelaces.

Most concerning was the sizing. I ordered a size 9 in ladies' shoes to leave extra room for my orthotic needs, but they were far too small. They are not orthopedic at all and may cause more damage to my feet than the cheapest shoes available in the UK. To make matters worse, they were not cheap, costing around £35 per pair.

After disputing my transaction with the bank, I received an email from them begging me not to seek a refund. Since then, I have received no further response, and I am unsure where to return the shoes. They will most likely end up in the bin.

I ordered sandals from thIs company .marley shoes.. i have issues with my feet and therefore my choice did not fit my feet .so on requesting to return .tge return address didnot exit . Please be aware for ordering from this company .I still have the sandals in my possession and cannot return them. I am very any angry . I feel I have been scamed.
So please donot purchase anything from this company

I’m absolutely livid! I just collected a pair of trainers that I bought from Marley Shoes. They are nothing like the ones advertised, so naturally I tried to return them. The return policy stated that I should initiate contact via email. I emailed the address that was provided, triple checked to ensure it was the correct address only to get a response that my email was undeliverable! Now my money is literally gone in the bin. I wished I saw the other reviews before I made the purchase. The owners of MARLEY SHOES are despicable!!!

Please read zero for that one star. This cannot be a serious company. I sent the totally useless trainers I got, back to China (!) and they wouldn’t refund me for them. So they literally stole money from me. Kept telling me they were reviewing my case!
AVOID THESE PEOPLE (whoever they are) LIKE THE PLAGUE.
