Oh Dear, I’m so careful usually but it appears I got scammed by the company Marley s shoes! Everything was so odd about the whole experience if I’m honest, and nothing makes any sense when you receive tracking up dates, order numbers, costs and dates and duration of holiday closures at the company. I’m just turning a negative experience into a positive, as it could have been so much worse than a £26 and never ending wait for poor quality goods. My feet are worth more! Avoid MarleyShoes and marley n me are no longer friends! Go to Clark’s or pavers!

Another con from China. When ordering, the site said a family run business and implied from Italy. Get lies when chasing my order. Tracking says still awaiting collection 10days after ordering. They say in transit. I do try to avoid buying anything from China but it is getting very difficult. They are so good at camouflage.

If there was a zero rated I would be happy to do it.
I ordered two pairs for myself and my husband
The shoes have no label or size.
The shows are fake leather and appear to be made from plastic.
They parcel arrived wrapped in bundle wrap and cheap plastic .
I have sent email to request a refund I was told to send them pictures of the shoes and the returning address is in China
despite advertising as UK.
I am so disappointed in the service.
I’m supposed to pay for returns and handling fees
How low can some businesses go?

I ordered orthopaedic trainers which took 2 months to arrive. They're made of a plastic type material with a dreadful chemical smell. Not leather. Tried them on - supposed to be a size 41 but a little tight. The soles are also plastic so no grip and I can't risk a fall. I have emailed the company but no response so will donate them to a charity shop.

Zero stars if I could. These are cheap looking sandals with absolutely no grip on the bottom. They arrived without a box so one of the straps was bent. They said that I had to return the item at a cost to myself but it wasn’t worth doing. Thank goodness I only ordered one pair. How these can be advertised as orthopedic approved is beyond me

Absolute plastic rubbish. Terrible quality. No receipt or invoice. Awful packaging. Won’t give me a return address. No way to refund evident. CON. Do not buy!!

I ordered my shoes on the 10 February and still have not received them, when I email them I get an automated reply, I would recommend that everyone should stay away from this company and dont give them your money!! Companies like this should be shut down.

I gave 1 star because I couldn't give a zero.

Poor quality product that took weeks to arrive from china and certainly not worth the money. Their website is misleading. How is this sort of misrepresentation legal?!!

I would give Marley shoes no stars I have unfortunately recently needed to have orthopaedic shows due to a condition I have. Wanting a nice looking shoe I ordered from Marley. I ordered 2 pairs a month ago, I never received these shoes they don't respond to emails they just saying they are looking into this. I have asked for a refund and got nowhere, I am out of pocket over £60 which I can't afford to lose. I urge anyone not to order from this site, I really don't know how they manage to keep trading.

It's a scam. They take your money and you never receive the item. Can't contact them either.

WARNING! Total scam and really poor quality. Sizes all wrong and even though I engaged with them to return products they’ve now ghosted me and not issued my refund. Do not trust this company.

Two pairs of boots arrived. Want to return one pair. Returns address China but no Postcode. "The right side of the 1st floor" is the 1st line of the address. Will not use Marley Shoes again.

Says UK based but wants me to send my trainers that are too small back to China at my own expense. Offered a 30% refund then ghosted me and suddenly the email does not exist.
Don't do it.

Took ages to be delivered and to be honest I wish they had got lost in transit. Nothing like the photos,they look ridiculous in real life. They stink to high heaven of chemicals and pretty much a joke. Not even going to try and get my money back, going straight in the bin!

I spent £106 on shoes that where supposed to be wide fit and arch. There as plastic as anything. Shien has better quality than this. I'm at my wits end trying to return with no success and also they want £24.50 for me to send them back. They have no official returns like other companies, you can't even click on to your purchase to view it. I went to post office with a so called address they gave me to send back and they said the address is not real and refused to take the shoes. I honestly wish I read reviews before I ordered. Iv learnt the hard way and will always read reviews now. I'll hand them in to a charity shop, I wouldn't be seen dead in those shoes. Cheap as chips 🍟 SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!!!STAY CLEAR FROM THIS FAKE COMPANY, YOU'VE BEEN WARNED.

You are unable to return the items to china!!

Avoid at all costs !! Just received these shoes ! Inner sole coming away and the buckle to undo the shoe has just fallen off ! Advertised as orthopaedic- definitely not ! No cushioning , look cheap and tacky !! Avoid avoid avoid as all costs - you’ll be wasting your money !

What a waste of money. They’re nothing like the photos. No orthopaedic base. Badly made and ill fitting. Can’t believe I fell for this fraud. Don’t even think about buying.

I would give zero stars. They provide fake shoes which doesn't match the picture. The quality is the worst I have ever seen. The shoe colours are different. No shoe box, laces are not even threaded and smells heavily of fumes and chemical. When you try to refund immediately they say you can have 30% refund or pack for postage and custom fees to china. Just go through your bank for the refund. This is a SCAM website, that does sell orthopedic shoes, it hardly sells shoes.
