promised a refund of £30 % but still have not recieved any thing , going to ask for a chargeback as the shoes were of inferior quality do not buy from this company as they do not operate in this country.

I have not received the shoes. I tried to contact them via their help email but this just kept bouncing back saying mailbox either full or company receiving too many emails. I got in touch with my credit card company, raised a dispute, and the credit card company refunded my account with the cost of the shoes. Company says it is UK based but on further investigate it appears they are overseas.

No tracking order and no confirmation that they have received the order so unable to track. I have requested a refund via their email address but do not have much hope based on the reviews on trust pilot.

This Company is terrible please do not buy anything from them. Ordered and paid for Trainers and when they came they were pure plastic. Horrible and the smell of plastic was nauseating. I requested a return and I’m still waiting. Have sent numerous emails. Got one back asking me to send pictures which I did and got failed delivery of email. Have tried to send pics and get a return label and keep getting the failure notice yet it’s in the reply to their email. I have lost my money and don’t know what else I can do

They take your money and don’t deliver. I want to shout this to everyone “DO NOT BUY” stop answering my email because I want a full refund

Terrible customer service - do not buy from here. They are asking me to pay for shipping costs if I wish to return the shoes to china!!

I bought my trainers for instep support, however the uppers have absolutely no support - very disappointed!!

I wouldn’t trust the 5 stars reviews. Noots not as described, wrong size sent, rtn address in China even though it states uk family owned business. Wish id looked here first.

Firstly they are not a UK store if they were then why do they fly the shoes in from MINGMEN LISA LEATHER FACTORY, GUANGDONG Province?
Secondly why when they send you the wrong size do they want to charge YOU money to send them back to Guangdong, to wait another 30 days to get the wrong size again or offer you 30% of the price of the shoes so you don't go to the expense of sending them back, TRACKED?
And thirdly when the shoes eventually come (and they are the wrong size) do they smell of glue?
The whole experience was appalling and so wrong.opted for the 30%refund as it was going to cost me £12 or so to send back a £29.99 pair of shoes (I got £8.55) so I will be placing them in the recycling bin and never buying anything from an online shop without first reading the reviews. Lesson learned NEVER BUY FROM MARLEY SHOES they are not UK based.

Ordered a pair of slippers, from Marley shoes, too big and impractical, the soles were very slippery, impossible to walk on without sliding. Return address is China paying all expenses. Alternative offer a 30% refund. Nowhere does it say this on their website. I will not buy them again. Very bad experience.

I should have read reviews before ordering and spending £40+. The boots are advertised as 'orthopedic' with arch support. In fact there is no cushioning or arch support. They are cheap and shoddy, a complete waste of hard earned money. I didn't buy because they were inexpensive, I just believed the description. Another hard lesson learnt. Another Chinese scam.

I would echo everything that you said on this site. I have just received these boots. They are a very poor quality and they are too small. There was a card enclosed with a QR code for me to send a request for refund and it bounced back. Rubbish. Took a long time to arrive so not a UK company.

Scam! The sandals I ordered look nothing like the picture. They are of cheap rubber . I can’t wear them. I was not able to return them because it is impossible. Lots of false promotions on their website. I read it was British family owned, found out it is from china. There are also lots of 5star verified reviews that mislead me. They are all fake. They have a return policy but it is impossible to return anything. Stay away from them. I can’t believe they get away with it.

Looks like a scam. States ‘UK family run company’ for orthopaedic shoes, boots etc. Very poor quality, look poor quality as well. Obviously not a family run UK company as made in china. Please don’t waste your money and buy anything from them.

I can’t believe I have been scammed by this company. I paid nearly £50 for what were supposed to be knee length boots. I received a cheap & tacky pair of plastic trainers. I’ve tried to contact the company via their email, but the email has bounced back! Be careful….AVOID!

Shoes on website looked great and said they were orthopedic. What arrived was cheap rubbish and definitely NOT orthopedic. Emailed 3 times to return them, had no answer at all. Don't go anywhere near this company, it's a total scam.

The boots took ages to arrive and when they did they were not the ones I ordered. They were too small and too narrow. Were supposed to be fur lined but were not. I asked to send them back and get a refund. The postage to send them back to China was going to be a lot. The other option was I discard the boots and only get 30% refund! I also paid for express delivery but that was a waste of money which I didn't get back.
I would never buy from them again and what advice other customers not to buy from here.

Absolutely appalling quality! I wish I had checked the reviews first but I was swayed by the fact that it was a UK company. No response from emails requesting a refund. AVOID THIS COMPANY

Do not buy anything from Marley Shoes. The product that you order and the product you receive are very different, poor quality and not fit for purpose. They only offered me 30% of the cost of purchase as a refund. It took ages for the products to arrive, poorly packaged. When I contacted them their reply was extremely slow and very unhelpful. Disgraceful. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. I have lost my money, leaving me with a product that I can use.

Boots arrived in plastic wrap, vaguely resembling the picture on Facebook but leather is not ‘premium quality’ and neither is the quality of the workmanship.
Why the F I didn’t check on here first I don’t know.
Offer of 30% refund or expensive return to what looks like a joke address in China.
Looks like FB have taken Marley ads down now.
Expensive mistake.
