Marleyshoes Avis 

The advert showed stunning bright shoes to really help your feet and were supposed to arrive within the week. They arrived weeks later and just seen to be very cheaply made for their price. It would cost as much to return them. They do not have any labels in them for size, material or care instructions. They are very light and not bad for wearing around the house, but definitely not for the gym. While they catch everyone's eye, they are not comfortable and your feet can't breath in them - my feet were shockingly sweaty and not what you want when you are doing a high impact class.
I would not recommend them to anybody and I'd definitely not but another pair.
And that was something else, they advertised as a UK company, but the shoes came from China.
I gave these two stars, because they are bright and cheery and can be worn around the garden, so not totally lost, but just no good for the purpose they were sold for.

Disgusting plastic Chinese rubbish! Do not be tempted! Arrived wrapped only in bubble wrap 4 weeks after ordering. Even the lack of proper packaging couldn’t destroy the quantity of plastic! Hopefully they can be recycled via the bin!

Ordered a couple of pairs of their rainbow trainers , arrived very quickly and seem comfy enough . The trainers are very pretty , The laces could be a bit better as they keep coming undone but I can cope with that !

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes online from Marley Shoes emailed customer services the day they arrived as the shoes were too small & also not as shown on the website. They were meant to be high quality orthopedic shoes but were in fact made of cheap plastic. There was no returns information or address in the package & I couldn't find any information on the website about how to return goods so I emailed customer services to ask them how I could return the shoes. They replied the following day asking me to send photos of the shoes & size tags. I sent the requested information to them 6 weeks ago but have not received a response. I've sent follow up emails as well with no response & after reading the other reviews on trustpilot, I realised that this is a scam company, as many other customers have had the same bad experience. I have now raised this with by bank as a disputed purchase as the goods received were not as advertised. i would encourage anyone else who's having the sam eissue to do the same.

This company are rubbish. Despite ordering a bigger size as advised, the shoes were too small. I did manage to have an email conversation to get an address to return the shoes to in order to claim the promised refund a couple of months ago, which I did, paying a huge price for postage. Despite constantly requesting my refund, I have heard nothing. They claimed to be an English company but their poor English gives them away I will be careful not to buy cheap Chinese goods in future....

Not orthopaedic to small despite ordering larger size than normal. As many others for the price absolute rubbish, look like they’ve come from a market stall.

Dreadful. I ordered 3 different pairs (total £100 approx) and they are all very cheaply made, not like the photos at all and look like they’d be on a market stall. I need orthopaedic shoes and they were sold as such yet clearly aren’t, no arch support etc

Received shoes yesterday I purchased a leather orthopedic pair of shoes what I received was a cheap pair of absolute rubbish certainly not worth the money I paid. I've emailed several times requesting a refund and address to send there rubbish back to them but no response. Do not buy from this company absolute rubbish and certainly a scam company 😡😡😡

Do not buy.
Shoes are not leather nor are they orthopaedic.
Insoles crease, then come away and cause blisters.

The advertising is misleading and these are not well made at all.

Awful company do not use. I've just read all the negative reviews and I agree 100% with everything relating to this company. Cheap crap the quality is shocking and the soles of my dissapointing rainbow trainers are a big health and safety hazard.

I wouldn’t even give 1 star but no choice! Same as everyone else. Thought they were UK based. Took weeks to come and I had a bad feeling straight away. I actually lol when they came! They are like pretend shoes! Nothing orthopaedic about them! I’ve pretty much written off any sort of refund after reading the other reviews. They MUST be struck off! Their marketing is clever and makes the look professional. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Ordered a pair of the orthopedic trainers. Took a while to come, and they're awful. Firstly they're way too small, despite me ordering a size up. Secondly, they're flimsy, the sole is plastic and the insole is definitely not orthopedic. The lace holes are just holes with nothing to support them, and they don't line up with each other. They are definitely not worth £40. I emailed them and was replied at 1am the next morning asking for pictures, when I'd only said they were too small, seemed to be a template email. The bottom said "kind regards" then no name. They never replied after that. I'll be reporting them to Facebook, Shopify and trading standards.

Absolutely garbage. I read the reviews on their website and they seemed pretty good so ordered some shoes. Then I looked on trust pilot and saw that the reviews on the marleyshoes website are fake a f. I immediately requested my order be cancelled (less than 12 hours after ordering) and received multiple confirmations that my cancellation had been accepted however the refund was never issued and the (cheap low quality) shoes arrived. I have tried multiple times to get a refund but just get ignored. Do not buy from this company.

Took ages to come and when they did they were really cheap, the soles are hard plastic that clip clop on wooden floors, they’re so thin and flimsy that they’re not supportive like they claim.
Also I paid £40 they took three weeks to arrive and even before they arrived I found the exact same pair on Temu for £15 and another website advertising on Facebook with everything identical to Marley shoes but only changed the name.
Don’t even bother trying to get a refund you’ll just get blanked and then told you’ll have to pay out of your pocket to return them then they will decide if you get a refund.

Bought 2 pairs of these shoes. They looked well made (only time will tell). I would order a size up from your usual size. The only issue I had was the chemical smell from the shoes. I had to let them air for a few days but the smell has now gone.

My partner has very painful feet and could never find comfortable shoes. I bought a pair of Marley shoes and he was delighted with them. He will only wear the Marley shoes now.

WARNING: This company's reviews on their website have to be fake, Trustpilot need to investigate as they are clearly not real reviews. They are a despicable company, their products are cheap, nasty plastic, they stink when you open the package, they have the cheek to insist you pay for returns to China (surprise, surprise), then they fob you off with excuses that they need to check with their warehouse, 3 months trying to get a refund and now they are just ignoring the emails. Should be blacklisted and struck off, had I known where they were I would not have ordered, but they give the impression of being in the UK and charging in GDP. Stay away from them at all costs, I wouldn't even give them 1 star but can't give reviews without a star. Do not take any notice of the reviews on their website.

Absolutely appalling quality & service. if I could give 0 stars I would. Like so many others - wish I read these reviews 1st.
Ordered the trainers & supposedly orthopaedic sandals. Sandals cheap & plastic - not leather as lead to believe on FB - definitely not orthopaedic - give no support at all. Trainers - the eyelet holes for the laces - don't have any proper finish to them and look as though they will tear & they don't match inside to outside so you can't thread the laces through. Glue visible on all joins. Really, really poor quality.
They were packaged in a plastic bag - so they arrived crushed and mis-shapen. Sent an email straight away with photos etc. - have waited 3 weeks for a response - they say they can only offer 20% refund as not faulty - I BEG TO DIFFER.
Absolutely appalling service - will be very wary on ordering from anything that is advertised on FB - especially when many sites seem to use same photos?? are they all linked??
