An absolute disgrace. They arrived so 1 star. No stars for qauality or sizing
Orthopaedic trainers very badly made.
Sizing extremely small.

** Worse - l cut my finger on the eyelets when putting laces in.
Look ok on outside but inside very badly made and sharp eyelets which have not been put in properly.

DON'T BUY from them. Purchased two pairs of shoes. Both came at a wrong size, quality - very poor! Tried to return but their customer service are not getting back to me..Waste of money!

Shoes arrived in time they allowed shoes are lovely but differed from what I ordered ok quality not the best for the price paid quite flimsy but ok on the feet

Total rip off and false advertising sandals were not leather or orthopedic,one white one brown got 2 brown pairs,sizes also wrong NO half sizes as advertised got 2 pairs size 6 no 5 1/2 as ordered. They smelt really bad of cheap plastic.Ordered 2 pairs very poor quality poor ,with a long difficult process to return. Still waiting for my money back ,if i ever get it.

Just wish i had read the reviews before i ordered. Nothing about these shoes is genuine - all plastic!! Completely fraudulent under the trade description act and i have little confidence that i will ever get a refund.
This company has to be stopped!

Shoes took a long time to arrive and whilst they sort of look like they did on their website the soles were far whiter than on the images showed. I have since asked for a refund and apart from an initial email they have not responded as to how this can be done. Shocking!

Arrived in good time, not very well packaged.

Sandals are very poor quality and plastic, they look awful. Not sure how they can call them orthopedic! Emailed got a quick response, they asked for pictures which I sent. Sent another 2 emails no response. Don't buy!

Plastic tat, not the sandals advertised, not leather, not orthopedic. I ordered 2 pairs, different colours, they're from China not UK crafts my an made as advertised. DO NOT BUY. requested a refund, sent photos, nothing back.

Very poor customer service. The shoes advertised and received were not the same. Cheap quality non orthopaedic sandals which did not fit. I have tried to return and emailed twice but no response from the seller. The company is not a legitimate one. Cheating customers is really not a good image.completely unimpressed.

I received sandals from Marley shoes and when they arrived they were cheap and badly fitting. The ankle strap is huge and loose around the ankle. I am trying to get hold of them to refund but they are not getting back to me. I would avoid using this company

Fraudulent site, not in the UK and the shoes are not the same as the pictures, they're cheap and horrible. I was taken in by the high trust pilot rating but the reviews had been faked. Do not buy!!

A waste of money. Went straight in the bin. Plastic shoes!!!!!

Well what can I say…?
My order took more than four weeks to arrive first up. I got sent tracking that was impossible to open up to see where the parcel was.
Shoes arrive and no size indication on them. I’m a reliable size 9, never had any trouble when ordering shoes in this size. Shoes too small. But then they could be the wrong size as there is no size on them - who knows?
I email them and say this to them. They say that if I pay an extra £12 for so called postage then I can receive a bigger pair…. Does this mean the other ones are the wrong size or they are made small?
Is it me or is this unreasonable?
Their mistake and yet it is me who needs to pay £12 for another replacement pair to be sent?
The quality of the shoes are disappointing to say the least. Granted they are very attractive looking but they are not well made and flimsy!
This is not a company I would suggest you part with your hard earned money.

Although took a bit longer to arrive than expected, very good comfortable shoes. Looks as if the inner lining may come loose but after a days wear all good.

Easy to order. Was kept updated on delivery. Shoes/Trainers look really nice and very comfortable. Very happy with item.

If I could give no stars I would . DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM!!! Complete plastic rubbish. Ill fitting and in no way could be described as being made by a master craftsman, made in the UK or orthopaedic!!!!!! Have asked for a refund . As others said they ask for a photo and of the size label then ignore any further e mails . E mail your bank as a disputed item as these shoes are incorrectly advertised. Scamming awful company! After many many e mails I eventually got a return address but they probably won't arrive back to China in time for thr 30 day refund!!! Deliberately slow tp respond on this! Address is:

I was attracted to these shoes as they seemed fun and comfortable.They took some weeks to arrive then I found them too small.Immediately I informed them that I would be returning them.I was asked for proof of purchase and photograph of size labels so sent a copy of the original order but have received nothing since.DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY

Poor quality shoes, no size on them, did not fit and when I contacted the company, initially they responded and asked me to send photographs which I did - then nothing.
I have asked for a refund - will try to get my bank to stop their payments.
I wish I had read the reviews before.
It seemed to suggest in their adverts that they were handcrafted shoes made in UK - however, they are cheap China imports.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS
