No stress Medibank made the fees covered no problem. Such a peace of mind no dramas.
From gastroclinics staff down to the hospital staff, they were all wonderful and services were fine.
Doctor to anesthetist both done a good job.

Totally and utterly useless
Totally and utterly useless. The worst insurer. Left them because of constant issues. Due a refund on leaving and after five phone calls refund still not correctly paid. Keep sending a cheque to an old address despite address and bank account details being updated multiple times. Now taking the matter to AFCA.

I had my recent surgery that includes hospitalization. fro the start to post-op, I was at peace knowing that the claim process was easy and worryless. Good thing I was covered and eligible. I just paid the gap and excess from the hospital, and nothing has been done on my end.

As soon as we walked in the door we were made to feel welcome. Information was clear and concise and to the point. The staff member was extremely polite and patient and very helpful. Overall, a very pleasant experience.
