Got back barely anything after minor…
Got back barely anything after minor back surgery and out of pocket $12,000 even though you charge us $550 a month. Very disappointed!

Medibank and Hospital work fantastic
Medibank did fantastic together with Midland SJoG Hospital to sorting out everything for me ahead and during my medical procedure, that really makes a difference when you are in a naturally stressful situation, letting me focus on myself and my recovery. So far cover has been excellent and I'm happy, in great mood recovering every day. All the above includes service and absolute great staff.

Rebates and qualifying services
Someone rang regarding my upcoming service and the costs involved for my hospital stay. I spoke to them about claiming for some of the expenses as I was out of pocket for nearly $2000 from hospital surgeon and aneithitist. Someone would ring me the following week and discuss things and what else in our package we were qualified for.
Like our Gym membership paid for 12-15 weeks which we both used and it was amazing. He said we could maybe qualifty for more. The only reason we knew about this membership was through the gym itself so what else do we not know about??
