My dog absolutely loves this food. He's a real foodie, but he usually gets bored of food quite quickly, so I was surprised when he was still excited for every meal after several months.
He has allergies, so before switching I contacted customer service to check whether the food would be suitable for him. They were absolutely brilliant, really helpful and happy to answer all my questions.

I also love the subscription service – it's so easy to manage and takes all the hassle out of ordering. Whenever I've emailed with a question, I've always had a quick response and great customer service.
A special shout out to Alex as well, who recently helped me with a query when I almost ended up with a second delivery within a week due to my own mistake! 😂 He sorted everything out quickly and made the whole process really easy.
Overall, I'm really happy with both the food and the service, and most importantly, my dog loves it! :)

My Spaniel Belle has a sensitive tummy, not sure if it was down to her food or just her! Anyways, I found MerseyRaw and her stomach is now great, no more midnight+ toilet trips. The food is high quality and doesn't smell, like most dog foods, next day delivery is great and always arrives in excellent condition.

I did try MerseyRaw about a year ago then tried something different (1st time pet owners) but that didn't go well so we came back and everything has settled, we are now firm life long MerseyRawers.

Our girl loves Mersey Raw! The rabbit, venison and goat tubs are our favourites and I appreciate the different proteins for our girl with her intolerances to the standard proteins. Her plate has been licked clean every single day in the 2 years we have been customers. The treats and frozen sprats are devoured with as much eagerness as her meals. Customer Service is amazing, friendly and prompt whenever I've needed them, and I would highly recommend anyone try Mersey Raw for their dog!

Finally finding raw food my three french bulldogs aren't allergic to was a godsend. They love Mersey Raw! And having a subscription is the best way, always on time, expertly packaged. Sometime a little treat in the box too. And they're so quick to sort out any problems I've had, like too many subscriptions on the go! Very friendly and helpful. Ace company and incredible quality product.

We have used Mersey raw dog food for the last few years, love the subscription boxes & how easy it is to change the box. My spaniels love the food, haven't found one they don't like! The customer service is amazing. Highly recommend them!

I've been using mersey raw for years..... I'll admit I have tried other cheaper brands. None of which have been up to mersey raws standard.
I have run out of food a few times and I have sent an e mail late at night...... Mersey raw sends an order the next day.

Alex has been really helpful answering my many questions to get the right food for my french bull dog Bear.We had been really struggling with the raw food he was currently on.We have transitioned him to mersey raw and he has licked his bowls clean licking his lips as soon as I weigh his food out which has been such a massive relief.

Well! What absolutely amazing dog food- my 5 month old Whippet lurcher goes absolutely mad for this. I really feel we’ve struck gold after trying many raw brands. This one is top tier- we’re on our second box already. I did a ‘taste test’ ( my dog- not me! 😂) Molly wouldn’t touch the other raw food in her bowl, but gobbled up the half portion of Mersey Raw- and then did puppy dog eyes for some more 😁
We sometimes add veggies too- grated carrot, peas, broccoli… sometimes a bit of chopped egg. This is puppy nirvana 😁

Owning 8 french bulldogs and finding the right food for all wasn't easy. I've tried few brands before, but merseyraw has met all of my expectations.

Perfect for puppies as well, as it's well blended, so no risk of choking on bones!

Absolutely fantastic service and quality! We have a Dalmatian puppy with a chicken allergy who also needs a low-purine diet, so finding the right food has been a challenge. I’m a huge advocate for raw feeding, but I’ll admit I was a little skeptical when I first came across Mersey Raw through a Facebook ad. I’m so glad I gave them a try!

My dogs are very fussy but love the bones

I bought the lamb bones 4 bags. The bags are big and packed with bones I wasn’t expecting such a lot for the money paid. Dog loves them I’ll certainly be shopping here again.also next day delivery in frozen packaging so straight to the freezer.

Food quality is excellent. My Chow Chow can only have venison due to allergies. He loves this boneless venison. It is despatched as soon as I order and delivered very quickly. Online support has been immediate when needed. I highly recommend this company and their products.

Always really helpful and friendly. Both of my dogs have been raw red since puppies but they have enjoyed this food the most. Really easy to order on subscription and loads of choices to try, as well as loads of treats they love too. Always email back with any questions or queries I have had.

My wife ordered 4 packs of Venison from our local stockist. We have had this product in the past and need to be careful as one of our dogs can be food intolerant . Upon opening a pack it was clearly NOT Venison. It was completely different in colour and texture plus greasy. My wife contacted Mersey Raw who requested the batch number. This was unreadable as it was totally smudged so a photo was sent to them. They said that as long as they could read a couple of digits they could trace the batch number. It was impossible to read 2 digits and the entire batch number SHOULD have been displayed and legible. This leads me to question the validity of a product that in essence has no traceability. The reply from them was that they could trace the batch, it was Venison and I should contact their supplier who I purchased the packs from and not them. With this kind of customer service I would urge people to steer clear of this company. If you have purchased any of their raw products, see if you have a readable batch number ? They are printing the batch numbers on the underside of the sticky label that affixes to the lid. This method completely smudges the batch number. I have photos to show the meat and the batch number.
