Skip collection WEEKS late
This is the 2nd time I’ve had a skip from mick George. First time, collection was literally weeks late and only happened after I called up & complained several times. Should’ve learnt my lesson but I put it down to a bad experience and booked another a few weeks later. I booked for 5 days. The skip should’ve been collected on 12th August. Today is 19th August and it’s still here. Having just called they’ve told me they’re “having issues” and it’ll be picked up on Sept 2nd!! So I’d say go for mick George if you want your drive to be used as a skip storage facility.

Tiresome website
My only interaction is with the website. The product range and details are good but the navigation backwards and forwards for each item is quite tedious as are the repetitive 'pop-ups. Has to put up with that though as the company offer really good quality fencing ( repat customer)

Not great….
Our skip was delayed by 2 days and then turned up in the middle of the afternoon when we were promised the morning! Everyone I spoke to was helpful but not able to do anything. I was assured that his was not the service they usually provide to their customers, so I gave them the benefit of the doubt (more fool me) and the same thing happened again. A large company might getter better service, but for individuals I would not recommend - especially for the price you pay. They definitely need to do better.
