Upon entering my property, Chris and Alex were very courteous and professional. They called to check out a noise in the roof void and promptly reported the issue to the roof team as the ridge tiles needed relaying.
I also had a problem with one of the kickboard lights in the kitchen and asked them if they could replace it!
"Yes, no problem, we will sort it for you," and they truly did.

Craig came round to sort out a couple of the jobs on our snag list and he was fantastic.
Nothing was too much trouble, polite and friendly, communicated with us throughout the repairs to check that we were happy with how things were being done and completed the jobs to a high finish. Would definitely recommend Craig.

We visited your Widnes Lunts Heath Rise site last Friday 21st August. We spoke to Debbie in the Sales Office. We are considering returning to the area after 40 years away. Having told Debbie of our circumstances she went out of her way to answer our queries and offered sound advice as to what she considered were good options for us. She showed us around a number of properties and was very knowledgeable about the area. Thank you Debbie for your help.

Chris Smith did a fantastic job at our home. Although the jobs were small his been professional and went the extra mile and fixed some other small bits. I also need to mention that the full experience has been really great and everyone from the sales and builders team (Ella/Elliot/Josh) to after care team (Chris) has done a great job looking after us and our new property ! We bought our first home with Miller and had seven years of being really happy there, having started a family we out grew our first home and decided to look at the new Miller estate at Langley Chase, i dropped in with idea of just being a bit nosey and in no rush on the 31st of March and really liked a particular Plot with the Help of Liz, i immediately went home to tell the wife and explain the benefits of a part exchange and maybe we should look at it. We decided to go for it as it took away the stress of selling our old home and got us quickly into a new home far more suitable for our family needs, when I say quick I mean quick as mentioned initially walking in on the 31st of March we had moved in on the 19th of June! This mainly in part to the help of the fantastic sales team at Langley Chase.

Now in any house move it is stressful and scary and more than a few oh my god moments but I have to say a special mention to Liz and Tara who helped us through everything and resolved any issues or concerns super quickly and with the care for us and how stressed we had been thank you for making a big life event as easy as possible.

A huge thank you to Minde for the snagging repair works carried out at the Fairways, Wombwell on Friday. Such a lovely guy, nothing was too much trouble and the finish was completed perfectly. The ‘move in day’ look, just what the customer wants from their new build home is now restored :)

We had a very useful and interesting visit to your Deer Park development in Farnham this afternoon.

Your Sales Consultant Georgina was very helpful and informative and accompanied my wife and I to view Plot 10, which was the particular Briarwood 4-bed house type and plot that we had travelled to see. She also explained what other 4-bed house plots were also still available.

She told us what extras were already fitted into the property, what current incentive was available regarding Stamp Duty and our possible use of your Assisted Move scheme regarding the sale of our own house, which is "ready-to-go"to market with a local agent in Guildford where we currently live.

My communication with team (Jackie and Alison) were really good - prompt and professional. My first visit to site was equally good, we were able to see some properties but not the very one I desired but I was able to see what their finishing was and got a close enough feel for what my property of interest might look like. The team are knowledgable, patient and have been very supportive

Jackie and Alison at Portside village has been so helpful and supportive. The journey so far with us getting our new home with Millers home has been so pleasant. Great work Jackie and Alison, I will definitely recommend to my friends.
