Cook and clean without adaptations
I was in spinal rehab when I ordered and paid for my riser wheelchair. I saw the restrictions of a manual chair and hoped my independence would evolve with the correct equipment. Spinal rehab ot try to steer mdse away from purchasing any wheelchair mainly not measured to me and cushion performance. I wanted a riser to reach cupboards to look down on surfaces to cook and clean without adaptations to my kitchen. This wheelchair did all that I wanted. Mobility company gave no judgement no fuss service and delivered to my door on delivery day. The chair itself has an excellent captains chair. Drawbacks are transfers the arm when up has metal dynamics under neath that started to bruise my back we over came this with a removable blanket padding the area. Also not having side supports lije a regular manual chair I found my legs would splay outwards. We bought padded leg strapping to deal with this. The wheels slide on my ramps also quite concerning just to go into the garden. But tbh I use my chair more tgat the manual as pressure sores do not appear and with a blanket on the seat I don’t get a red posterior.

Took a while to despatch scooter, But delivered by Gregorys with care and they phoned us before to arrange.
Overall, 1 week from ordering to scooter arriving. Happy with scooter.

Customer service was excellent and the…
Customer service was excellent and the appliance is of good quality. The buying process was easy,the delivery was when they said it would be. We thought we had a faculty wheelchair but it was user error and the member of staff we talked to was helpful and patient,even offered to send a replacement .we followed his advice and all was sorted. Not often that you get customer service these day but this was excellent customer service.

I have a Motion Healthcare mLight…
I have a Motion Healthcare mLight scooter that I purchased from you and I am delighted with it. It has been all over the world on many flights. My latest purchase was just a mudguard as it got damaged on my travels, I ordered it by email and it came very quickly. What's not to love 💕 I am able to travel the world even with my very limited mobility and the scooter folds up so very small so easily goes in cars, trains and airplanes. Fits perfectly in my porch at home and in my hallway in my Spanish home. Happy 😊

First class!
Our experience with MobilityCo has been first class. Mason guided us through the process of choosing a folding power chair to suit my husband’s disability needs. There was no pressure to buy. He had excellent knowledge of the many chairs on the market and we could test drive them from the shop. He has visited our home to advise on a ramp - nothing is too much trouble. I would highly recommend this company.
