James is a star
James has been nothing short of absolutely amazing!
I placed the order with him after enquiring online, and he has been fab from start to finish.
There were unfortunately some manufacturers delays, but James kept me informed, and him and his manager went above and beyond to make sure my wheelchair got to me as soon as possible. They managed to pull some strings and get a last minute delivery, which got to them on the Friday afternoon and was delivered to me at 9am Sunday morning.

Drive Aero carbon fibre Powerchair - DeVilbiss
Easy buying experience, all online. Already knew the exact electric wheelchair I wanted, and found it here at the best price. Was really well packaged and delivery was spot on. Unfair that most of the negative reviews left are due to delivery & courier companies, which is out of Mobility Co. hands!
The chair itself is wonderful (for my mother) it's simple to use, much lighter than a scooter for (me) to get in and out the car, multiple times. More comfortable to sit in for long periods than a scooter. The joystick is kinder on the arthritic hands than a tiller, and so many other boxes ticked for mum's needs.
We'd already tried one at an independant mobility shop locally, but with a hefty price tag, so I knew I'd be able to get it cheaper online, it was just who to trust with that amount of money!
Really pleased, would recommend and shop here again. Thank you 🙏

Fail to deliver and lie about it being sent
Ordered some wheelchair accessories from them on the 30th March. It’s now mid May and we’re still waiting for bits to arrive.
Have called them multiple times and was promised calls back which we never received. We were then told multiple times that the parts had been dispatched and this was all lies. It was only when I said I’d go up there that they sent some of the order. We were told at the time that one part was coming from a different warehouse but would be with us next day. It’s now 2 days past that and I’ve just been told it’s not been sent. I’m not even sure it will ever turn up.
James Gray is the gentleman that we have been dealing with.

Very good service
Right from my initial contact with Mason at Mobility Co, he was very helpful. I already knew what wheelchair I required. It was not in stock in the colour I wanted, but was obtained within a couple of days. Very good service and price, will definitely use them again.
