Everything was good, driver arrived when he said he would, delivered a day earlier then they predicted , price was higher then expected but service was a good experience

I had scheduled a transport of my vehicle from Florida to Michigan and when it came time to pick up the car they stated that they were still looking for a driver! I questioned how could they have scheduled the pickup if they did not have a driver available? I was told that they were working on it and would keep me updated which they did not. We had to leave the following morning so it was imperative that the car be picked up on the day we had scheduled. Well we never heard from Sabrina and left for Michigan without anyone contacting us or the car being picked up. We finally received a call days later, once we were already up in Michigan from someone at the company to apologize. Which was meaningless as the car was still in Florida and not in Michigan with us. Horrible company, horrible service and they charged us the deposit even though it was their fault. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I should have read all the reviews as people had the same experience with them. Once again DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I would literally give zero stars if possible. They underbid the quote and no carriers would touch it. I had to get somewhere for a job and thank God I found somebody on my own. I even told them that I felt that they had underbid and they decided that no that was correct. It's almost as though they underbid it because all they care about is the cancellation fee which no one mentioned to me. When I tried to contact them repeatedly to cancel, no one ever called me back. They just tried to charge my card. Run. Don't walk!

I scheduled a pickup and got it in 7 days. The driver Alexander G was a hard worker. He securely loaded my Harley-Davidson Touring Bike. He delivered on time.
Driver kept in touch every day on the way with a picture. My Harley-Davidson arrived without damage in perfect order.

Not a very honorable company. I signed up online for transport of a vehicle in 2 weeks and in the fine print it stated that I would be charged a fee to change my pick-up/delivery date once a provider was secured. Within an hour, I had received multiple quotes from other companies and I realized that this company was way over priced. I immediately contacted Ariel and asked if they could price match or I would like to cancel. She advised that I might be charged a fee. No provider had been secured, so I advised her that I wanted to cancel. This entire process occurred over a couple of hours and I received an email advising me that the order had been cancelled along with a receipt that showed they charged me $149 plus tax for a contract that was never processed or fulfilled—-no provider was ever secured or contracted. So beware buyers in dealing with this company, they are definitely not gracious and are over priced!

Arranged transport through Monarch! They lied about everything! First said would not charge deposit until truck was dispatched. Dispatched truck and charged my card. Next day said driver broke down and looking for a new driver! Never heard from them again except texting saying looking for a driver!! Price went from $800 to &1200 and still no action after two weeks! I canceled because of time restraint and they said they would return my deposit! They lied! Disputed through my credit card and Monarch lied to them! I will be disputing this in small claims court! DO NOT USE THESE CROOKS! Should be shut down!

I hired them to transport a motorcycle. They gave me a quote and an estimated pickup time of 5 days.

On day 6, they suddenly called and tried to increase the price by $200 just to move forward. After spending an hour on the phone insisting they honor the original agreement, they promised pickup within the next day or two. That should have been my first red flag.

Nine days later, they finally scheduled a pickup and gave me an arrival window. I waited… and waited… and no one showed up. When I called, I was told the driver canceled—after I had already been waiting for 3 hours.

Then came another excuse: they could get a driver the next day, but now for an additional $400. At this point, we were 10 days in, far beyond the original agreement.

To make matters worse, they had already charged my credit card when the driver was supposedly dispatched. When I demanded a refund, I was told it needed “approval.” Completely unacceptable.

This company does not honor their quotes, does not stick to timelines, and continuously tries to increase the price after the fact. Save yourself the stress and frustration—go with a reputable company instead.

I ultimately had to dispute the charge with my credit card company.

Id give it zero stars. Absolutely the worst experience and would never use monarch again. Tgry say the leading in first responders car transport. First quoted a job for 1235.00 and to be picked up on a Monday. Monday came and went no car pick up, no one returned my calls. Was ghosted for the week. Then finally got a call 5 days after original pick up date. The price went up am additional 700.00 buck and car would not be delivered as originally promised. It was a surprise birthday gift for my son that finally arrived a week late. The transport company delivered the car at midnight stating that's the only time they could do it. I have to also meet them by the street and tow it back myself with my own truck. Parts were missing off the vehicle when I inspected it in the morning with the day light. I totally feel ripped off amd taken advantage of but I needed it down and could not wait. No communication from Monarch to let me know anything. Absolutely worst and plan on filling more complaints with the BBB and other formats.

I needed to get my camper from Florida to Ohio and I did not want to drive that long drive so I did look into Monarch Transport to get a driver to do that for me.. I spoke with Brady mostly and he was always helpful and efficient in trying to find a driver for that route. They called about four days later had a driver. I was so happy. The price was fair. The driver kept me informed when he was leaving. I got updates through the website for approximately where he was in transit. He called early the next morning and said he would be in Ohio at 9:30 AM. I was so pleased his timing was good. Not sure how he did that kind of quickly. I met him. He was friendly. He was helpful to me. We talked a little about his drive. It’s just something that he does. I was so pleased with the whole experience. I would absolutely use them again. I highly recommend. !!!!

After having received a quote to ship a motorcycle I was contacted for a pick-up delivery and delivery dates. Those dates did not work, and I informed the dispatcher of this fact.
A short time later I received a text telling me the pick-up was scheduled for tomorrow. I immediately called to correct this and spent the next hour being bounced around on hold, and told they would look into my claim.
At the same time, my credit card was charged for an amount greater than agreed to for both the deposit and total price. Seems sending an email with the new deposit and total cost without my approval for any of it is deemed approved as notification on their part.
Unfortunately, this seems to be a common practice with shipping companies, and the only recourse is to keep all quotes and dispute the credit card charges. Apparently, no verbal approvals are necessary to make monetary changes.

Clearly a bait and switch company. I was quoted a price of $950 to haul my motorcycle. They called a couple of weeks later and said the price was now over $2000. I cancelled the shipment since they wouldn’t honor the quote. They charged a fee of $149 to cancel. Don’t bother with these people.

When I called Monarch to transport my BMW from NJ to VA on a Saturday, I thought it would be days until I was contacted. It was within an hour and the arrangements were made. The driver showed up at the designated time. Instead of bringing his long truck into a development with all curved streets and difficulty loading, he parked on the main road and walked a half mile back into the development. It was all business from that point forward. The vehicle was inspected, loaded and secured and was on the way to VA. It arrived later that night and everything went as planned. I was very happy with the service and level of communication with the office headquarters by keeping me informed of the status of a driver, the delivery of the vehicle, and the overall professionalism of the driver. I would use Monarch again.

An absolute joke of a company. No commitment, will not honor pick up window and then charges a cancel fee when they fail to dispatch a driver. Then they call to upcharge for another driver that almost doubles their initial quote. Bait and switch after demonstrating they can’t keep their word? Hilarious stuff.

Their carrier failed to arrive, their dispatch failed to provide an alternative carrier, then they refused to issue a refund after I was required to use a different carrier.

Complete scam, never use these folks.

Contacted Monarch Transportation Group and spoke with, Jennifer. She was very helpful in accommodating my transportation needs in getting my motorcycle from Tennessee to California. Everything went as stated, and in a very efficient timeframe - 3 1/2 days from first call. Price was great too! I would highly recommend, Monarch!

The previous reviews about increased costs and terrible communication are true. I asked this broker to find transport for my RV from Atlanta to Ohio. I had a specific appointment that it needed to reach its destination by. When they called me to tell me they had secured transport. They told me that it wouldn’t reach. It’s Destination on time but a few days later and that the price would be several hundred dollars more. When they told me this, I did not accept the transport instead of canceling my request. And they charged me anyway. After that, they dodged my calls emails and text. And would hang up on me when I would finally get through. These people should not be allowed to do business don’t ever give them your credit card information. They will charge it at Will.

I will NEVER use Monarch again. They never communicated about the pick up of my car until they were at the house. They drove my car about 20 miles to the truck where they then loaded it --I think. Took 9 days to get my car back and had to drive 19 miles oneway to where the truck unloaded it. Mean while other reputable transport companies drop in front of my development (took pictures of them last week) but I had to drive 19 miles to get my car. Called Monarch, emailed mangers and talked to support which recorded our conversation every time.... nothing in return from them. Nothing in return!
