Excellent professional company.
Ordered a carpet on line, (but rang a few times with odd questions). Calls always answered quickly by friendly efficient staff.
Communication was excellent for delivery date. Also, delivery driver went out of his way to help me and my husband get a very large roll of carpet through our tiny cottages front door.
Whole process was stress free. Excellent value, definitely a great recommendation from!

Went into store and explained I’d never bought a carpet before so would need things breaking down for me. Explained I needed a staircase, landing and bathroom carpet all the way through. The woman gave me a price and said that was the cost for everything. Great. She was that quick at getting me to sign and hand over my money, she then forgot to tell me I’d need to pay more for them to remove and get rid of the carpet. So that was more money. She was very ditsy and wasn’t very thorough at all. The fitter came and said it had all been done. Great. I went upstairs and the bathroom carpet hadn’t been done. He had also left an absolute mess. So I called the store and she said she didn’t quote me for the bathroom. So I said well when I asked for the staircase, landing and bathroom and you said the price includes everything why would that not include the bathroom. I asked for a manager to call as she was zero help and was going round in circles. She called me back again later saying the manager was busy. I said that’s fine I’m happy to wait. He never called me back. My dad was seriously ill in hospital at this time and I was having the carpet fitted for a stair lift to be put in. So it was a lot of stress that could have been avoided if it weren’t for incompetent staff. I never did get a call back so now I’m assuming I will have to contact my bank as it’s been weeks and I’ve tried contacting them but to no avail. Very disappointing when you try and shop local and go in asking for patience, help and explanation and get ripped off and a lack of customer care.

Carpet supplied as ordered. Delivery service was good, as was price. Would use again.

Thoroughly excellent service - I wanted a carpet from a discontinued range to match what had previously been fitted in an ajoining building. I had tried my usual suppliers to no avail.

Mel took all of the information down and called me back about an hour later stating she had found the amount required - a feat some 5+ other companies had failed to do.

Saved a small fortune buying the carpet direct through Morgan and quinn and getting a local carpetfitter. Was really nervous as usually I go through a carpet shop but moneys tight post covid so just went for it and it couldn't have been easier. Mel was great and gave me assurances. Easy to order. Easy to arrange delivery (and rearrange when it came in a little early). Easy to track delivery on the day. Carpet is perfect. Couldn't ask for more. I've already recommended both Morgan and my carpet fitter to family and friends so they can do the same.

Great carpet at a great price. Initially questioned the price as it’s considerably lower than most retailers, however Brockway confirmed they have a partnership with M&Q. Also checked in with the warehouse themselves who were very helpful and knowledgeable. Carpet quality is great as well. Reason for 4/5 stars is that I initially purchased the carpet in Black Friday, however was later contacted to say it was listed at the wrong price (too low) and therefore my order had been cancelled. I then had to reorder at the original price. Having said that, it’s still considerably lower than other retailers.

Ordered some carpet and underlay as the price was the best I could find. Turned up when they said it would. One happy customer and would readily use again
