Recently purchased Abingdon Satin Touch Calico. From start to finish the staff have been so helpful and even put my mind at rest assuring me the carpets were not seconds, I only questioned this after finding the carpet £8sqmt cheaper, so I naturally assumed it would be seconds. Carpet arrived on time and well packaged. Today our carpet fitter fitted the carpet and I am over the moon. So today I had a live chat with Mel to arrange ordering carpet for our lounge, Mel has been so helpful and advised I order samples. Once these arrive we will most definitely ordering the lounge carpet from Morgan & Quinn, overall great customer service and massive savings for us, thank you team!

I had been trying to find some discontinued Karndean flooring to lay the same in my kitchen, but it’s discontinued. I tried many suppliers without success, but Mel thought she might have some. True to her word she rang me back and said they had one box and a few extra planks which she wouldn’t charge me for. Excellent customer service and a very grateful customer. The flooring arrived in a few days.
