Consistently the worst website in the industry.
I’m not the first person in the reviews to flag up how bad the experience of using their site is.
Searching for products is purgatory, with items they evidently do sell sometimes simply not appearing in search results, as well as incorrect prices displayed, incorrect descriptions and incorrect specs.
Customer service is generally proactive, but the IT of their site is so appalling that it’s no co-incidence my needs have nearly always been met by alternative suppliers.

search feature does not work very well and requires the user to put in exact text for the part/s to be found.
E.G.
Helicoil m5 spiral flute tap comes up with no results., Helicoil m5tap does.
but if you look into the results pulled through the description of the tap is identical to that typed in the first instance

Great company but delivery cost risen
I used to order from MSC all the time. Our shipping charges went up however, so I don't so much now. They are still a great company to deal with and generally everything they stock is of a good quality. Their free next day delivery was their biggest strength
