Long distance landlord.
I have been with M & C as landlord since almost the beginning of their practice - 10 years now. I live in Canada and was very concerned about my ability to manage a property from overseas but everything has worked out very well. Taken the weight off my shoulders
I had my properties with an Agent in Dunfermline as that is the area the flats are located. After 3 years of the Agent make numerous inexcusable errors most of which I had to sort out, I went to Murray & Currie following a friend's recommendation and I am now able to allow Murray & Currie to do all the worrying and work for me. So I am very happy to give them 5 stars.
