Highly delighted with the way Murray & Currie have handled my account .
They have ensured that all the legal requirements are updated, any repairs to the property have been dealt with promptly and have been excellent go betweens with myself and tennant. The financial dealings are all done by them leaving me no worries.
I cannot recommend them highly enough.

As with all big agencies, I never quite know who I'll be dealing with: Alex ? Kim ? Ben ? Sara ? what'shis/hername ?
As with all agencies, I never know how you decide who gets the work to enforce the endless stream of regulations which come out from the authorities, much less how you and they decide how much to charge. I often get the impression everyone takes advantage of expat landlords.
It is obviously not the job of agencies to take a position on the various regulations as they come out, but the looming zero carbon regulations are particularly challenging, and should involve everyone in the sector, in your case with advice to landlords on to how to deal with them. The LAnd Registry's latest list also demands among 'minium requirements for adequate housing' (in italics), 'cultural space' i.e. space for tenants to express their 'cultural identity'. How should we respond to this grotesque demand ? How will you respond ? Enforcement ??
