I use M&C for 8 of my flats (primarily in Edinburgh) and would highly recommend them. They are quick and efficient to deal with across all the various departments. They give confidence to the tenants that they will be listened to and any issues addressed promptly. They have a very good understanding of the market and this came to the fore during Covid when they adapated their systems and procedures to ensure there was excellent communication between agent, tenants and Landlord.

14 years Murray & Currie have looked after my properties back in Edinburgh and from the first day the professionalism and customer service they have shown and provide is second to none, well done guys.

Your management of our property is great. Communication (mostly by email) is swift and polite. And we are kept up to speed with anything we need to be informed about. Only reason not 5* is the length of time it takes income to reach our account after tenants have paid it. In addition, a recent issue with arranging replacement blinds was made more difficult as questions I had asked/requests i’d made to judge how best to resolve it, were not answered/provided for.
The statement you provide at the end of the financial year is also very helpful.
