From start to finish Emma was very easy to get on with no pushy sales talk just genuine honest conversation to help us with booking. Was a bit wary of using site but nothing to be wary of very professional and great value for money

Very easy to book
Very easy to book. Looked at so many other cruise websites but had to pay in dollars, this is a UK based company so contacting them and actually speaking to a person was really great. Had the dates we wanted. Great service from Andy Little.

Nigel made the process great
Nigel made the process great, he was happy to provide various quotes and answer copious questions. He stayed over his shift to help. We found a solution to the online payment problem ( you really should just offer an over the phone payment option).

Amazing so far
We are nowhere near sailing date yet so I shall also update when the holiday has fully completed. So far though, Nigel has been absolutely brilliant and has gone above and beyond from general enquiry to us actually booking. He has a warm and friendly persona which has majorly helped the process, worked to answer all of questions as best as he possibly can, ensuring to keep us updated every step of the way, I can't thank Nigel and the company enough for this amazing deal on a once in a lifetime holiday.
