I visited the dartford shop a few days ago and I was served by Samuel. His knowledge, customer service and whole experience was one of the best I’ve had in a long time anywhere. 10/10 and a credit to the shop

I was served by Callum at the Ashford branch to collect a ring which had been repaired. He was professional and friendly. The work was carried out by Shelly and was to a very high standard. I was delighted with the result. A wonderful experience and can highly recommend.

Very pleased with my purchase. Online details were very specific which was helpful to decide what i wanted. Delivery was very swift. Just one thing i would recommend is, maybe improve your packaging for delivery. But overall happy with my purchase
