So glad i choose this shop, at Peckham Rye, the staff are so lovely & friendly, & a special mention to Angie the lovely manager who went over & beyond to assist & put together something very special for my 5 year old grandson for christmas, a lovely warm-hearted kind lady, she took the time to listen & delivered flawless customer service. Item as advertised and weight and identical to pictures

My wife was looking for a diamond ring and we saw this shop and found one also a watch which i liked in the window.

Went in and met Sam who greeted us and welcomed our visit nothing was too much trouble and best of all no hard sell.

We bought the items and very happy with the purchase and went back a few weeks later and purchased another piece of jewellery.

would definitely recommend Samuel or Sam at the Dartford branch, and if they have not got what you looking for look online at Pickwick website and any item can he brought to the branch.

I visited the dartford branch , they have some great little items I have purchased from here, today I visited and got links taken out of my watch for just 5 pounds by Samuel, he's a very lovely and friendly guy, very helpful too.

I would recomend the visit, i went to buy some currency and i was unsure of the process but I was helped by lucy who was very happy to help and made my visit quick and easy guiding me through the process, thankyou guys

Visited the Folkestone branch to sell some gold jewellery and Lucy was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Got a good price for a gold chain and the process was fast and efficient.

Samuel at the Dartford branch was absolutely brilliant to deal with. I went in asking for a clean for 3 of my silver chains and a soldering request for one of my fine pieces of silver and he dealt with my requests very quickly and professionally. Samuel also didn’t charge me for the 3 silver cleans, which I felt was brilliant customer service. Will definitely be using Pickwick Jewellers in the future for all of my jewellery needs!
