Was a really effective service as we were able to chat through our concerns with a, qualified vet who was lovely and so helpful as well as coming up with a potential diagnosis for the limp our dog had developed.

It's always good to know that First Vet is there to help us.

Firstly id been with napo for 3 years with no claims, i had a dental plan on my agreement and my cat needed some dental work, i was told theyd pay out but the claim was unsuccessful and had to fork out of my own po ket, whats worse is that before the claim was even settled they out my increase up from £25 to £50 per month eventhough i had to pau for the treatment myself! Please go elsewhere for insurance.

I lost my pet dog of 13 years and while devastated had the best experience with a hastle free claim from seeing vet for tests to having her euthanized and cremated then i received a plant and card from napo for my loss i was taken aback at the thoughtfulness. Highly recommend

Absolutely fantastic, dog was suspected of having cerebellum degeneration so was referred to animal hospital from our own vet after trying a course of steroids, had to go through an assessment followed by an MRI vets applied for direct payment from Napo, Napo paid out quickly keeping me updated through the process, such a weight off my mind when now it’s all about making memories with the limited time we have left together 🐶🐾💕

The 24hour pet and accessible behaviourist support has been an amazing tool. I have had to use both and it’s so quick and easy to use. Such a great service all round

Napo just seem to make it straight forward, it’s always daunting trying to get through the pet insurance process but it really is okay with them.
