The service was good….not great. Lost the first driver to Covid….after finding another driver…..the arrival of our household goods was now delayed. After receiving our goods…..I noticed the corner of an antique dining table was damaged. After pics were taken and the company was informed. They we’re quick to respond for repair of the table as well as compensation for the delayed delivery.
All and all….I was very impressed with the professionalism and would refer them in the future!

Excellent service from the initial call thru the set up process. Very professional. When it came time to load up the the truck this crew was very careful and respectful of our possessions. The delivery was on the day they confirmed and again the crew on the delivery side was amazing. I would highly recommend them to anybody considering a out of state moving service.

Everything went very smooth. The truck arrived as scheduled and everything was delivered in a very professional manner.

I loved the crew that packed and moved our household. Not without a miscommunication or two, but our job was overwhelming (to us, anyway) and they handled most of it seamlessly.

Balfour moving was great and Encore relocation was great, moving into TX. The only part that wasn't perfect was the local crews that were hired to pack and unpack at the two ends. The boxes were not labeled very accurately while packing, and when unpacking there were 10-12 boxes labeled for interior rooms that were left in the garage. Otherwise everything was great.

My move went very smoothly and everyone that I came in contact with was polite and helpful. Would use them again without a doubt!!

Although it took awhile to get my package I understand there is a driver shortage. When I did get my stuff the driver and helper were courtes and helpful in finding places to put everything. I am very satisfied with the transport and delivery. I do have one problem. My recliner was broken during transport. I need to make a report but was waiting on some refunds due me on the shipment.

The gentlemen who loaded my home through AQMS were wonderful. They did a great job packing paintings and TVs. They were fast and very courteous. At my destination, close to 3k miles away, the guys from National were amazing. Fast, professional, so very very nice. The only thing I was upset about was the 10k I paid to move 90% boxes. The only furniture I took was my bedroom furniture. But nothing I could do.

Almost great

The pickup was great. Everything up until delivery was great. The delivery timing was perfect, but I can't give more than 3 stars because several items were lost. During the hectic unloading and putting things in their place at the delivery, things must've been left on the truck and I reached out to start a trace to see if they could be found but it's been almost two weeks and no information has been shared, so officially 2 children's mats, an entire rolling bag full of things and two large plastic pieces of an outdoor playhouse did not make the delivery.
The people were friendly, everything seemed to be wonderful, but I can't let go of the missing property issue.

Lots of chips in my furniture, one piece I may have to have refinished, the driver tried with his stuff but it does not match...This was a split delivery some stuff went to my daughters more than what was supposed to, her garage was overloaded and I’m still missing things...Why I tipped the driver 😠🤷‍♀️

We were very pleased with our move. I would definetly use them again.

The driver was excellent; he was personable and professional. The crews he used were very hard working. This took some of the stress out of moving.
