Excellent movers and nothing was too much trouble

The guys loading & unloading on both sides of move were great! Moved from Indy to Florida.

Your driver and helper were wonderful. They kept me informed and were hard workers. I would have them again. I did feel bad because the truck was not working well and think the move would have been much better with a truck that had working air conditioning,

Very friendly and helpful but lots of damage and very poor packaging. Really would like to try them again but have to think hard about that one.

For the most part the move went well. However, we had an antique lamp broken as well as an expensive mexican vase. This is why we give you four stars even though we started to give you only three stars. Both items were poorly packed and had other weighty items on top of them.

The men who came to pack my belongings were very courteous and pleasant. The truck driver, Brad, was pleasant, helpful, efficient , and very prompt. The process of loading the truck went well.
Apparently the unloading did not go well to begin with. The people expected to help did not arrive at all. After 2 hours of waiting, Brad had to find other helpers. I had a friend there to get my belongings situated, and she was inconvenienced as well

Did not know before hand the final date of arrival until 1 hr before. Fortunately we were at the new residence and doing the final walk through when the driver reached us. We did not have time to thoroughly clean the residence before the furniture had to be put in place.
The driver and other carrier were helpful and considerate. One couch was damaged because the covering came off and it was covered with dirt and smudges.

Very nice personnel. Delivery was late by two days outside the window but a $75/day credit was given. As far as I know, nothing was broken.

Very Good experience. They called and kept us updated. Our furniture arrived securely.
