Poor service lack of communication didn’t carry out inspection on the promised timescale.

The check was done in a prompt fashion …

The check was done in a prompt fashion However the result for the EICR was over strict , and the cost to rectify a few small faults was a crazy price 🤷‍♂️ £470 on top of £199 original charge
I have had a new cert done plus few small jobs for a total of £300 , some £370 cheaper than nationwide quote/ cost . I won’t be using your services again based on these crazy over the top costs , the C2 that were flagged up were a total joke 🤔🤷‍♂️

Paid to have floor plans of house as…

Paid to have floor plans of house as needed to market for sale and was returned with no internal garage shown , external doors missing different shaped conservatory no dimensions etc etc.. then after advising them and wanting a refund was told no refunds given .. expected this was a professional company and would be willing to review but no just that they would try and get the same person back to check .. please avoid at all costs as extremely poor customer service and very unprofessional as just want your money and then to play the we have done nothing wrong

My property had an e rating prior to it…

My property had an e rating prior to it having the external brickwork re pointed and double glazing installed. It has now been assessed as an e. What exactly is the point of investing in energy efficiency if it is not reflected in the assessment?

I would like to clarify that our field assessors do not choose the EPC rating. The rating is determined by the governing body, and the regulations and assessment guidelines are updated yearly. Because of this, improvements may not always result in a change to the rating. We would advise contacting the governing body directly for further guidance on your specific situation:

Easy to select and pay for My EPC , booked guy in to perform study and received certificate a few days later.
What could be simpler .
Recommend this company all day long.
