Steve was really helpful and changed an appointment to help with a family situation we had going on. He was punctual, explained everything and worked quickly and efficiently. The document we required was dealt with very quickly. Would definitely recommend this company.

Very irritating !

Very irritating !! To print the certificate, we kept putting in your password and our own and all we got was the receipt. Never actually got it, I even asked you to post it which you refused, just said "Press print" which of course we would do if we had a certificate to actually print.

I’m so sorry to hear about your experience and completely understand how frustrating this must have been. Please accept my sincerest apologies for the inconvenience and confusion caused when trying to access your certificate.

As we are a paperless company, we don’t send out printed certificates or documents unless this service is specifically requested and paid for at the time of order, as we have to outsource physical printing and postage. I appreciate that this may not have been clear at the time, and I’m truly sorry for any misunderstanding or frustration this caused.

Very pleased with nationwide EPC

Very pleased with nationwide EPC. The website is easy to navigate and the pricing is very competitive. The assessor was on time , polite and thorough. Once complete I was able to download the relevant EPC data. A well organised company - well done and highly recommended

They don't email any notification of…

They don't email any notification of receipt. having to keep phoning to arrange for an assessor to meet me at the property .He was an hour late.He told me i should get the epc in 3 days. 10 days later i phoned up to be told it would by the end of the day. guess what, no epc, i phoned up again just to be told he will have to meet me again because he lost the relevant details.I have now asked for my money back to be told it will take 3 to 5 days .

Had to keep chasing for an assessor then when one did arrive took ages to get report
Report contradicts itself
Based on my experience i wouldn't recommend

Such poor service

Such poor service. Please keep away from this company. Everyone, please avoid this company.
When I booked, a member of staff said mon will book with the surveyor but i did't get any call keep calling then 3rd party called me and they said you didn't paid me so i confused but some one came on wed did survey and member of staff said certificate will upload or send me on friday just keep calling on friday staff says certificate will send by email on friday by 5pm rang again 5.15 pm staff says surveyor job to upload the certificate office is close by then but i rang surveyor he said certificate sent to office, i don't understand what am i suppose to do? they are unprofessional and misleading people.
keep away from this company they are not professional at all.

Simple process

Getting my EPC done was a very simple and straightforward process and certification was very speedy. Even better- I saved £40 by not letting the estate agent sort it for me.
